Start the day on your private, oceanfront deck with a cup of coffee and contemplate the day – down to the beach, or off to the shared pool? Head back inside through your sliding glass doors and make breakfast in your fully updated, well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, including an enormous breakfast bar, a perfect place for your helpers to perch while you cook. After you get ready for the day in any of the three sizable bedrooms, head out to explore. Flagler Avenue, with its many bars, restaurants, and shops, is a little under four miles away. Or, just rent a bike and do a beach crawl, stopping along the way to soak up the sun. When you return, an enormous sectional and flatscreen TV await in the living room. And, if you can't agree on what to watch, there's another flatscreen and cozy couch upstairs in the loft – but you’ll probably be too distracted by the ocean view. Step outside, watch the moon rise over the Atlantic, and plan the next day’s adventures before bed.

Summary: We have stayed on this property in the past and it continues to be excellent! It is well supplied, beautiful, great location, perfect for family! They provide above and beyond in regard to everything needed in a home as well as beach needs! My only issue is that it’s not possible to communicate with a person If you have concerns.

Summary: What a beautiful slice of paradise on the quiet end of the beach! We have vacationed on New Smyrna Beach numerous times in this group of homes, and have loved it each time, but this home is definitely the best! It has everything you could possibly need. The entire place is decorated beautifully in a beach theme, like a beach house should be! The master shower is wonderful. Our 12yr old grandson claimed it as his own, so we would have to wait our turn. There were six of us and plenty of room without running into each other, and the deck is wonderful. We loved the addition of the gas grill, that really worked, and we actually used it! We would love to stay here again, and would recommend this home to everyone.

Summary: Nicest house on the beach front row. Direct access to the beach just can’t be beat. House is nicely renovated and stocked with all the necessary supplies so we aren’t lacking anything. Would definitely want to return again.

Summary: We stayed at this immaculate home for 5days and 4 nights and had an amazing time! The home is pristine and clean with comfortable beds and an abundance of linens and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and clean! Everything about the house was flawless. We traveled with our infant, 2 year old and 4 year old and there was plenty of space for them each to have their own room/space ( we used the loft for the baby). Of note: the stairs leading down to the beach from this property are currently gone (under construction due to a beach restoration project from the hurricane). This made us very nervous but there is another path just adjacent to the home to access the beach. If you have young children be aware that you’ll need to put something (we used an extra deck chair) to block this so the kids don’t inadvertently fall off onto the beach. Even with this slight inconvenience we rate the home 5/5 and plan to make an annual trip here! Beach is gorgeous and so is pool (which is heated!)

Summary: This beachfront vacation home has it all! The amenities are great, plenty of space for our family to spend quality time together at the beach. Outdoor deck has all you need to relax, BBQ or sunbath. Shared pool was nice, too. They thought of everything - you just need to show up and enjoy!
