Summary: We stayed for 4 nights during spring break with our 4 teenagers. It was the perfect place. Very clean, close to everything, and the pool and beach were great. The host was very quick to respond to the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Condo had everything we needed and it was so nice to walk right out to the pool and beach. Our kids (age 4 and 7) loved the twin room and all the beach toys in the closet. We would love to stay again!

Summary: Going to NSB since the 80’s this is the first time I rented a place so my family come and visit, as well as having direct access to the beach all times of the day. Everyone loved it, we brought my 89 year old mother over for a few nights. Property was well kept, condo was as described and we will be repeat customers in the future. If one is looking for a relaxing place to stay this is it

Summary: The property was clean and we loved the location. It was great being on the ground floor and able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Plenty of beach toys for the kids and it was such a nice bonus to have a heated pool especially in April when the ocean was still a bit chilly. Would recommend!

Summary: This was our 2nd stay at Colony Beach and we love the area and the beach and the views and the people. This visit was on the ground floor and we found it to be much easier than the 2nd floor of last year. Keep up the good work !
