Summary: What a cute place Neskowin is. We arrived at the house to find sandbags and debris around both doors. Upon entering we were greated with a very dirty rug. The carpeting in the house is old and in need of a good shampo. Everything painted. The furniture was run down and feather were coming out of everything. All surfaces were dirty. No toilet paper in kitchwn bathroon. 1 trashbag for the house for a week. More dirty rugs. And then the ants came. We were sweeping and vacuuming and they came to spray. No luck. We went and got our our spray and it helped. No top sheets on downstairs beds.fitted sheets bleach stained. Rop sheets folded and wet in closet. Outside deck lights not working. House is not steps from beach. It is a tough climb up big rocks. We made the best of it. House has so much potential. Metal chairs on deck all worn out. Bleach stained fitted sheets

Summary: Our first time staying in this area. Beach isn’t as populated like others. Great beach for walks with dogs. House has a great view of the ocean. The access to the beach from the house is down big rock boulders that are set as steps but can be hard for some to get up and down. Beds are comfortable. We had 10 people and we all slept good. Plan to drive into Lincoln city or Pacific city to a grocery store for food. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Summary: The location was ok. It was next to a resort or condo and the beach was busier than the one we stayed at the previous week. But, that wasn’t the issue. Check in time is at 4pm, we got a text at 3:46pm telling us, “…good news, we’re eligible for “free early check in…” Ok, whatever. Upon our check in, all of the bedding ON the bed were still wet, all of the bath and hand towels were still wet. Germs and bacteria much?! We had had to remove everything to rewash and dry everything properly and that took until 3:30am, the next morning! (5 bed settings and a mound of towels.) Then the very next morning, there was a trail of ants in a crowd along the back sliding door parading through the kitchen floor, like an outdoor concert. I could go on about the cookware with the scratched up and peeling nonstick carcinogens but seriously, who has wall to wall carpet in bathrooms in 2024?! Gross. Hard no for a repeat visit to this property.

Summary: Our family spent a delightful Easter weekend at this beautiful home with breathtaking views. We were enchanted. It was so nice to have plenty of towels, a gorgeous deck, a spectacularly equipped kitchen, plenty of space, and basically everything anyone would want. Our family would love to stay here again and again!

Summary: Great house for the value especially if you have many people. While it does allow dogs the beach access it a pretty steep rock staircase so be careful with dogs and children. The house is split level so if you have limited mobility this is not the house for you. Also I just wish we had more information on the listing about the grill as it is a BYO propane/charcoal and the fireplace we had been told there was wood provided when I chatted in, but there was only 4 small pieces. Other than this the view was amazing, ample space, great kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and cozy furniture. Perfect for a bachelorette weekend for 8!! 7 beds of various sizes, 4 bedrooms. I would absolutely recommend this house to others!

Summary: It was a lovely home and lots of room for everyone. Right on the beach with a stone walkway down to the beach. The little kids loved the private sand area off the deck to play in. Beautiful views!
