Property adjoins beach with easy beach access!Completely remodeled, very clean!
Ground level condo- no steps.
1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with additional separate areas for sink/vanity rooms, family room and kitchen. Sleeps 4 ( Queen bed and queen pull out American Leather sofa bed). Could potentially have 5th child sleep on fold out cot.
Very home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!
Patio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow.
Very comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained.
There is a common area at resort with patio that has a gas grill and patio area - nice for BBQ.
Awesome hiking nearby! Serene coastal town...not over loaded with people.
Good restaurants and convenient market within walking distance.
Includes cable tv and WIFI.
This is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo.
*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.

Summary: Such a sweet place to stay. Just right for a get away with elderly mom. First level, easy access and what a view!! Being able to prepare meals in the nicely equipped kitchen was wonderful! Host was wonderful with super fast responses to any questions we had. Loved our stay!

Summary: Stunning is the only word to describe the view from this property! It was big enough and small enough for my wife and I and Tricia was absolutely amazing. The sounds and view were so stunning that we chose to sleep on the pull out couch instead of the bed just to wake up to that amazing view everyday!!! We would for sure stay again!

Summary: We arrived our first night after an exhausting week of work and getting kids off to stay with friends, and felt immediately relaxed as we walked into the condo. Great vibe. From there, everything was terrific - a view out to the inlet and ocean right from the small exterior patio, two clean bathrooms, a neat living area, a kitchen with all the basic amenities and a comfortable bedroom. The outdoor patio was a favorite of ours and we enjoyed getting closer each day to our three new friends - two adirondack chairs and side table... We made dinner two of our three nights in the condo, grabbed some fresh clams down in Lincoln City and cooked those up with some broth, sourdough and a caesar o the side (and maybe a bottle of amazing Chardonnay) - all the time watching families play along the sandy inlet. Tricia was super helpful and easily accessible for any questions that came up. The outside area in general could probably use a sweep and a wipe down to get rid of some cobwebs, but such is the case with beach front homes. The public BBQ area was close by and other traveling neighbors seemed pleasant. There is a general provisions store nearby with some sundries and $12 chocolate if you didn't have the foresight to bring your own, and their wine selection looked fabulous, just like Oregon is. Such a quaint, private, relaxing stay. Can't wait until our next visit!

Summary: Overall our stay was lovely! Previous reviews were accurate and helpful. If a view is your top priority, this location is golden! We loved being tucked in behind Proposal Rock and having views of the ocean on each side! Condo was tidy and lovely and the host was quick to respond!

Summary: The view out the front of this property is magical! During the day the sand is filled with beach goers although they are at a nice distance so you still enjoy a level of privacy. At sunset the fading light reflects on the water, you may see a small campfire in the distance, just beautiful. There is a great restaurant steps away, a sophisticated store with food and drink, and a cute ice cream bus. Lots of places nearby to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Neskowin.

Summary: My daughter, husband one month old needed there own place instead of being with the other 14 family member in another home down the beach. This place was perfect and the owner went the extra mile to make sure their stay was great which it was.

Summary: This was the perfect spot. We had an amazing view of Proposal Rock and a perfect sunset after a perfect proposal. The unit is absolutely amazing. Completely updated with so many beautiful touches. My fiancé and I are both sailors so we both loved all the nautical decor. Thank you for a memorable stay.
