Summary: Not one complaint about this location and this property. Just steps to the beach, ice cream & sandwiches around the corner, nightlife if you want to go out, and cozy couch & chair if you don’t. We love this unit and the owners are the best. They really try to think about what you might want or need during your stay! Best two weeks of the year!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and the townhouse was very nice. Nicely decorated and sitting on the deck was the best. Pool is very nice too.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this condo in New Smyrna Beach. We enjoyed the location right on the beach and the short walk to shops and restaurants. The southern facing balcony was a bonus; it was sheltered enough so that we could feel warm outdoors even on cool days. We had no issues, and would definitely recommend it!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay and the property manager had excellent communication and responded in a timely manner. Any concern we had was addressed immediately and they were so accommodating when we requested for an early check-in. Highly recommend and we will definitely think of this location when planning our next vacation to FL.
