All units have telephone with unlimited free local and long distance calling, individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.

Summary: This is our second time staying here, another great time. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to hang out and ease into the day. It had everything we needed with some extras. Love having plenty of natural light available. The A/C works great. The stairs are a bit narrow and may be a concern for some people. The location is fabulous, right on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. The deck is spacious, allowing us to enjoy being outside without being sandy or have have dinner. Also a great place to meet people staying in the other units. Highly recommend!

Summary: Overall, we liked the condo. However, none of the blinds worked which made it dark inside. The hairdryer should be replaced. It overheated very quickly.

Summary: Clean, functional and comfortable. One small thing would have improved our experience. The window shades were inoperable, so we had no natural lighting.

Summary: As someone who grew up in Florida going to New Smyrna Beach as the default beach spot, this was a GREAT spot to stay! It was just me, my husband, and our one year-old. It was fantastic to be able to set up on the beach and make such a short walk back into the air conditioning for cooking meals and naps. We felt very safe letting our little one nap in the apartment while we sat on the back deck with the monitor, enjoying the view. Cannot recommend this place enough! We'll definitely hope to stay here again.
