Summary: We had a ground level condo and it was perfect. Access to the beach was just down a set of stairs. Not a lot of foot traffic. The condos are right next to public access to the shore that includes a wheelchair path. Across the street are some cute shops that also sell food. The small sofa was a little worn but overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Summary: I stayed at this property with my 7 year old for a fun Oregon coast vacation. We had a good time. Best part was the ease of access to the beach and the view. We also very much enjoyed the pool/hot tub time on the property. We were located at ground level and the noise from people walking upstairs seemed a bit louder than what I would consider being average. Otherwise, everything was great!

Summary: First and foremost the location and view were amazing. We were on the first floor right in front of the steps to the beach, which was very convenient because we could just open her door and walk out to the beach. I would prefer if I came again to have a room, that is to the right of the steps because having people coming and going from the beach, right in front of our room was a little disruptive sometimes. As for the room itself, the furniture was nothing special, but it was comfortable enough. It did have a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not well stocked. The room accommodates four people, but there were not enough cups or bowls. Additionally, there were many other items missing from the kitchen, which made it difficult to cook while we were there. Most notably, the knives were absolutely dull and would not even cut through a piece of chicken. Last, the the most disappointing thing was that the room had no AC unit. It wasn’t particularly hot outside, but the sun shines directly onto the room after about 1 PM and by the time we checked in at for the room was in the mid-80s. It took the entire night (until 1 am) of leaving the door and window open to cool the room down. Although Lincoln city has great restaurants, both my daughter and myself have celiac disease, so we generally prepare our own meals. Having no AC in in 80+ degree room made it very uncomfortable to cook in the full kitchen.

Summary: Had a nice visit to Lincoln city beach. Enjoyed my room enjoyed the beach the sand the cool weather flew my kite had a great time. Your guests were easy to talk to everyone enjoying their family. This was a good stay.

Summary: the room was very nice. the beds were super comfy. there is no assigned parking but this particular room the parking spot in front of the door is assigned to another unit. no biggie just doesn't seem fair. the only problem with the room was the heater did not warm the place at all. we had to turn on the oven to keep from freezing. so because of the broken heater i give it 4 stars. it was a very nice place and very clean place.
