Summary: The house was nice lots of stairs! Overall house worked good for us including the location. Parking is not good! It says 4 cars? We had two and it was a struggle! Also I may have missed it but the directions take you to the front of the home, you need to be in back of it to park. It took us a bit to figure out how to get to the back of home. Maybe just include in directions.

Summary: First I have to say if you are reading this please find a different property supported by actual people not a property management company. This company takes forever to respond to any questions. This property needs some TLC. First off the listing says you can park 4 cars on the property but when I asked the question of where, they didn't respond back. You a very limited on where you can park and the driveway is a steep narrow driveway at the rear of the property shared with the neighbor next door. These units are not ada accessible. They have 4 flights of stairs. Also yes it has beach access but you also have to traverse about 4 stories of stairs to get to the beach. When we arrived we asked the management team where the ceiling fan remote was and they said they don't know and left it at that offering no solution to the extremely warm top floor which is also where the kitchen and living room are. On day 2 we discovered there was no dust pan. Reached out to the property management team, they responded a couple hours later to be told someone would bring one by which they did not. The pool is small for the amount of units in this community with no parking anywhere. You must walk to the swimming pool. This was supposed to be a simple family vacation that turned out to be such a waste of money. The Holiday inn Express cares more about you then these people. My advice is, rent from someone who cares about you and their property. The unit is clean though.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the house was straight forward, clean, had great view and easy access to the beach. Additionally, there was a back deck with a hot-tub for nice evening and morning soaks. Please note: that your house guest need to be stair friendly. As there are a lot of stairs from where the parking is in back to the top-main level of the the house, as well a big staircase down to the beach.
