The Sunrise Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) in a beautifully restored building in Ocean View. Located right on the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay. This unit does face towards the water and is located on the first floor.

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Parking - Guests are given one parking spot (#2) in the parking lot in front of the building.

• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
