Positive: This property has space, space, space! There were six of us and we really needed four different sleeping spaces so this house fully met that and then some. The apartment over the garage was wonderful for our newlywed couple because it was off by itself and had great privacy. The other three bedrooms in the house were wonderful and we could totally relax while staying there. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms sparkling, and there were obvious efforts to have the house updated and well appointed. The sectional in the family room fit the whole family comfortable. The beach access IS just across the street, and had it not been raining, we would have enjoyed a walk along the edge of the bay watching the shore fisherman. The house is on a busy corner but the traffic noise was not at all bothersome. Needed help with something on check in and got an IMMEDIATE reply and contact with the agent!
Negative: The surrounding neighborhood is older but we never felt unsafe.
Summary: Overall probably our favorite house stay yet!

Positive: The house was clean. The gathering spaces were large and comfortable for a large group. The dining room had a large table for meals and games. Kitchen was well supplied. Beds were comfortable. We were welcomed with treats. The beach was across the street. The hosts were attentive to issues.
Negative: Traffic is noisy in the master bedroom.

Positive: There was no breakfast prepared. The location was excellent and everything we needed was less than a 15 minute drive. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was available to us. In fact, the accommodations were excellent. The property was exactly as shown online.
Negative: Really everything was great, but a bedroom on the first floor would have been excellent. Our party consisted of two ladies over 70. However, we made the best of it since there was a queen sofa sleeper on the first floor.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was all we expected and more. We definitely would return.
