The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, updated vanity, hair dryer, hand soap, makeup wipes, toilet paper, and a full set of towels.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel cookware, cooking oil, plates, glasses, utensils, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker with filters. Dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels are also provided.

The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large smart TV with cable, and high-speed WiFi. The dining table seats six, and there is a lounge chair placed in front of the large bay windows overlooking the ocean.

Your private upstairs deck offers sweeping oceanfront views, a large dining table for six, and plenty of room to relax. A Weber charcoal grill is provided and charcoal is included. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids’ sand toys are available so you can enjoy the beach without packing extra gear. After a day on the sand, rinse off using the outdoor shower on the beach deck.

Summary: We were spoiled by our stay at the Flagler Beach House. As native Floridians we’ve stayed all over the coasts of Florida but this was our first beachfront house and it was exceptional! The unit was perfect, the picture windows facing the ocean allowed you to enjoy the water even if you weren’t on the sand. It had all the amenities and was very comfortable for my multi-generational family. Also, Bryan the property manager was phenomenal; we realized the microwave was out late in the day, he was over same day to assess the issue and he was back the following day installing a new one. We will be coming back for our next beach getaway. Thank you to the owners and property managers for a wonderful experience.

Summary: We have stayed here several times. Flagler BH is an annual event for us and will continue to be. Could not ask for more perfect accommodations and Bryan was very responsive to any questions we had. Flagler Beach is a great little sea side town. Look forward to returning !

Summary: This was our second stay at the Flagler Beach house. And, if possible, it was even nicer than last year! We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, lovely walks on the beach, relaxing cocktails on the deck each evening and low key casual, yet delicious, local dining. The house is appointed with everything one could need to be comfortable and at home and the heating - when we needed it, and cooling, when we needed it - were excellent! We are in love with the Flagler area and all it has to offer (St Augustine/Daytona), having previously owned in busy Fort Lauderdale. We’ll be back!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Summary: This was my third time to enjoy this wonderful setting. Great house, beautiful sunrise/sunset views, amazingly close to the water. And the moon. We watched it every night and were able to see the "blood moon" that occurred. Absolutely beautiful. Would love to go down again.

Summary: We stayed in the upstairs unit for one week in mid May. We have been coming to this house for six years. It is a home away for us. We always find the week is gone in a wink. We spend most of our time at the house. It is equipped with what we need to be comfortable and content. The view from the upstairs is very nice. The back is almost all windows giving one the feel of being at the beach even when you're indoors. During the day there are many coastal birds and some marine mammals to be observed over and in the ocean. In the evening the sunset is a fitting end to a peaceful day. Having the private beach as ones backyard is priceless. There are many toys in the outdoor enclosure for enjoying the ocean up close. There are also chairs for sitting in the shade and watching the world go by. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at the Flagler Beach House!
