4 Bedroom Sandy Ground Beach House located on the beach. Large lot with back garden, privacy. There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom. This is a two storey Villa with stunning views and direct beach access out the front gate.

Our gate opens to a large back yard with driveway. You enter under the outdoor foyer, into the living-room with AC. This first floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest laundry and kitchenette. two of the 3 bedrooms have ocean views. The stairs lead to the kitchen, dinning room and master suite with ocean views. Other spaces include front and back upstairs patios. Downstairs patio, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen and grill.

This 4 Bedrooms Villa provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, TV, Ocean View, for your convenience. Summary: It was a great vacation. The house had everything we needed and we could walk a few steps to swim. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Summary: The Sandy Ground Beach House is the perfect getaway for a family or couples. My wife and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. If you like having your own place like we do, this is it. It has plenty of space, everything you need in a full kitchen, cold air conditioned bedrooms, the master bed was so comfortable too...and we're picky about our bed. Now for the best part, just walk out the back door and there's the most beautiful, calm, crystal clear water and powder soft sand. The beach area was never busy, we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time. There are chairs already set up, just waiting for you to walk out. This amazing guy from Roy's next door, Wayne, would open our umbrella for us every morning and close it up every evening...he was one of our favorite memories, so kind! Speaking of Roy's, it's literally right next to the house and is amazing. The fish and chips are phenomenal, must try. They also had crayfish eggs benedict one morning...amazing! If you've never had crayfish like us, DO IT! To me they are even better than the lobster. Just a short walk down the beach is the famous Elvis' beach bar, another absolute must. Atmosphere is great and you have to get the GOATchos, that's right...loaded nachos with goat on it, SO good! Ohh yeah, I can't forget about Nadia, she took care of us the entire time. We definitely give this house 5 stars as it's everything you'd want in a home away from home on what is now our favorite little island. Thank you, Kelita!

Summary: Fabulous house for a laid back vacation! The place was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect! There are many beaches on the island but I loved the beach right outside our door. Also, located right on the beach were several great restaurants and bars to walk to!! I would stay there again!! Summary: The beach at sandy ground is perfect but we explored around most of Anguilla and can’t say enough about it’s beauty! This house is perfect for a group of close friends/family.. also very kid friendly!

Summary: Kelita, Nadia and her team were wonderful.The house is in the perfect spot for us, directly on the beach and very close to many excellent restaurants. We were greeted with enough food stuffs so we didn't have to shop the minute we got there and because it was Valentine's Day Kelita left us a beautiful gift basket of wine and goodies. Can not wait to return!

Summary: Had a great time swimming right off the beach. Also, having six restaurants on the beach was great. Lots of boats in the harbor (everywhere from barges to sailboats to dive boats to cruise ships). Accommodation were clean and comfortable. Worked out nicely for myself, son and wife and 2 teenage grandkids.

Summary: The Beachfront Villa is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. All the bedrooms are quiet, comfortable and equipped with AC. The master bath is especially nice. We spent the most time relaxing on the upstairs patio, but the shady back patio is perfect to cool out during the heat of the day. Sandy Ground beach is our favorite on the island. The beach is protected so the water is always mellow no matter the weather. There are so many great restaurants and bars with live music all week long. We loved our time here and can’t wait to return.
