Positive: The situation in a beautiful garden full of flowers is amazing! Examples? An orchid growing in an open coconut that is nestled on a coconut tree… Pots with roses - the one on front of the house is inhabited by a large frog. And of course the patch of sand exclusive for the house on the beach. Though even we were in high season, there is no one on the beach other than from the villas left and right. So almost all alone on the beach.
Summary: The location is AMAZING and the house is truely beautiful.

Positive: The position right on the beach was breathtaking. The raised bit of private beach was wonderful, especially at high tide. The large verandah with the dining table and sofa areas was where we spent most of our time. I loved the view from there. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa was the perfect spot to spend family time. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or who deliver. You can either walk up the beach to get to them or along the main road. The little shop across the road was so friendly and there are a couple of 7/11s too.
Negative: The surface of the upstairs balcony was uncomfortable on the feet.

Positive: We had an amazing time at the Beachfront Villa. The house was spacious and right on the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed. This property was an amazing value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Had four generations there aged from 91 to 9 months. Really good indoor/outdoor living area and fenced verandah so excellent for small children. Good size rooms with fans (and A/C for sleeping). Pool is excellent. Quiet location right on beach, with lovely restaurants along it. Manager Jay was excellent and responded quickly to any queries.
Negative: Stairs are quite steep for those with mobility issues but good handrails. Stagnant water along boundary (not visible from living areas) potentially encourages mosquitos but they weren't too bad. Bit of a walk to shops but rented a car for the week - very cheap.
Summary: Absolutely memorable family get together in idyllic peaceful surroundings.

Positive: Everything!! For us it was ideal. With 2 children the location was perfect, it was quieter than other parts of the island which meant you didn't have as many facilities in walking distance but hiring a car through the villa manager Jay was easy and driving around the island was easy too so we got to explore everything we wanted to. Not being in the busy area also meant that the beach was a lot cleaner than we saw on other areas of the island.
Negative: Some reviews mention that the sea is not great in this location but we didn't find this, it was lovely and warm and most perfect for a morning swim.

Positive: Overlooking the beach with direct beach access. The beds were good and the A/C OK.
Negative: The property is a tired 2 star house alongside a smelling klong, which brings unpleasant smells into the house at times, if the A/C is not on. It is overpriced for what it offers. The furniture (apart from the beds) both inside and outside is uncomfortable. The kitchen and everything in it needs replacing/upgrading for the price point being asked. The fridge is too small to house drinks and food. The cleaning was good (except for a bit of bathroom mould and a few ant issues).
Summary: The beach was a real treat, the house needs some TLC.

Positive: A beautiful villa right on the beach with unobstructed views of the sea. Eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea- just magical. Beautifully landscaped garden and a nice pool. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Several small, traditional restaurants within a 15 min walk along the beach. This is a place to relax, there is no partying or shopping nearby.
Negative: Nothing really. Highly recommended for families who don’t expect big activities to happen.
