Built in wardrobe, ceiling fans, portable A/C unit with cool/heater tv and fridge. Own side access located in quiet cu de sac street with plenty of parking. 2 mins to the restaurants & bars on the beach at Cronulla. 2 mins Woolooware Railway Stn and 7 mins Westfields Miranda. We supply kettle, coffee, cups, fridge, microwave towels and hairdryer.
Use of pool.
Ask for a discount for longer stays including use of bbq and washing machine.

Summary: Robert was very accomodating to our needs. Great communication, very clean and would highly recommend. Also dog friendly. Our little dog enjoyed her stay as well.

Summary: I had to make a last minute trip from Canada to Australia to make arrangements for my Uncle who had tragically passed away unexpectedly. Rob was extremely supportive and accommodating during the entirety of my stay, from allowing me to check in early, after a terrible flight and no sleep for over 30 hours, to providing me with pointers and assistance with navigating the maze of dealing with someone’s death in Australia. He left a quick breakdown of the area in the studio, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the local area, Sydney, and Australia in general. The studio was quiet and clean, and had it not been so cold outside, I would have definitely taken a dip in the pool. I would highly recommend Rob’s studio to any of my friends or family who are visiting the greater Sydney area.

Summary: Small but comfortable. A small table would be useful and perhaps some glasses and crockery at arrival would have been nice - although host provided some later. A light on pathway in backyard near gate and steps are needed. Host, Robert, was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: A beautiful and clean, studio with ensuite. Walk in from Street parking, and down beside the house, up a few steps and in behind the pool fence and pool is the studio. Quiet (if worried about any plane noise, I stayed for 4 nights and very little flight noise. I was in Sydney for an family situation and as it was emergency. I had travelled from Tasmania finding dog friendly accomodation during school holidays and involving Anzac day I was struggling. I was so appreciative that I found Robs lovely studio. That he accepted me and my two dogs, (I was fine with paying extra for the second dog as it is not his normal practice or in his policies so again I am very appreciative that he did this for me). . I was so so relieved to have a place for the three of us to just come back to from a 55km trip each way to the hospital. It was so quiet and restful. The bed was so comfortable. The studio compact but with a two seater lounge a fridge kettle and microwave available. A fenced yard and Robs wee dog Milo was very welcoming to my two. Thankyou Rob, so much. The shower is lovely in a small but perfectly set up ensuite. I am a larger person and had no issues in the layout of this space. This was mentioned by another reviewer. Wonderful location close to beaches both human and one of the only dog beaches in Sydney! Cronulla is very dog friendly. Thankyou so much Rob

Summary: Outstanding property, super clean, well looked after, friendly check in/host and sensational recommendations on where to eat. This place is a real gem with a wonderful host and I would recommend this for anyone!!! Plus there's really high quality linen which is a pleasant surprise.

Summary: This place was perfect for us. We did a quick overnight before leaving town. The space was clean and comfortable. It was walkable to the beach and lots of great places. Robert was very communicative and a great host.
