Positive: Location was good. Close to the shops and restaurants and close to the airport (I stayed one night before my flight). Free and safe parking on the street. Nice host. Affordable price for a private room.
Negative: The place is dirty and my room smelled like cigarettes. In fact, the whole place smells like cigarettes. The furniture is very old and the place feels neglected. I didn't find any comfort there or I wouldn't stay another night.

Positive: Close to Bundeena ferry. Dinner and breakfast provided and as touring cyclist most welcome.
Negative: Some guests were disrespectful with their language. May have been long term residence but it made for less than pleasant stay. Not fault of the business though.

Positive: The host was welcoming and approachable. Breakfast and dinner were included in the package. A short distance walk to the beach close to shops and transport. The amenities were clean and functional. I wouldn't mind staying there again.
