Summary: Great place to stay!! But don't ever rent a car from the airport!! Horrible and they ripped us off for double on a rental. Get a golf cart!

Summary: We were very happy with our stay. Room was very nice and was clean. Very close to the light house and shops. Would absolutely stay there again.

Summary: I booked my stay 6 months in advance.I picked a king signature room,with a jetted tub and an ocean view. What I got was a mid signature king room,with no view and no jetted tub. Most of the staff spoke no English,except the front desk. There was no microwave and the fridge is tiny. The pool and ocean view are to die for,but overall I was disappointed

Summary: No housekeeping, the room is not clean and they said that they will charge for housekeeping services. So bad. No private beach as advertised

Summary: It was a great place, the furniture and deco very nice and high end, the shuttle to downtown a big plus. The beach OK, but you must realize that you don't go to Key West for the beach, you go for the environment in town, the people, the shopping, the food and the most amazing sunset.

Summary: Amazing, beautiful resort! We booked a one bedroom, with the intent for the kids to sleep on the couch, however when we walked into our room, it was massive, 3 bed, 3 bath and a 2 story balcony! We loved it!

Summary: Let's start with a couple of good things. 1) The bed was super comfortable. 2) The room, lobby and bar were aesthetically very pleasing. 3) ...well, I can't think of anything else. The thing that caused us to check out a day early was we took the 'courtesy' shuttle into the tourist area. We expected to take it back to the hotel that evening, however, 15 minutes after being dropped off I received a text stating the shuttle was not available the rest of the day. We in effect were stranded. Fortunately, a kind waitress helped us get an Uber back to the hotel. When we asked for a $17 credit to our bill for the Uber, we were turned down and told the shuttle is a courtesy and they stopped the courtesy. When we asked a room attendant for the location of the ice machine we were told to walk to the office (which was on the opposite of the complex). We trekked over there and were given a bag of ice. We asked for an ice bucket and were told they don't provide that. The mini-firg in (one foot by one foot) had so much ice caked, the door wouldn't close. We asked another room attendant about defrosting it and we were told to got to the office. We wound up unplugging it and putting it in the bathtub to defrost. We were told housekeeping was available for $50 per visit, but if we only wanted towels, they would leave them outside the door. I could go on about uncomfortable chairs, tub hard to stand in, and more, but I'll stop there. An overall rating of 2 is rather generous.
