Positive: Very comfortable! Front row Seat to the blue angels. Dog friendly, beautiful house with all the amenities. Wonderful walk to the gulf side and very short distance to sugary white sand beaches.

Positive: Cozy, comfortable and clean! Let me add that it is in a charming quiet neighborhood very close to Navy Point beach…walking distance but I’m too old to walk in the Florida heat and humidity even with being born and raised in the Panhandle. 🥵😁

Negative: I wish it had 1 more bathroom, but we made it work.

Positive: Loved the location and how the home had everything needed to feel like I was at home. The host answered right away and property was easy to check in.
Negative: The place was untidy. To be paying a cleaning fee and still needing to clean is not a pleasant experience You couldn’t sit anywhere without having white dog hair all over you. It was supper dirty, I had to clean myself but couldn’t clean properly due to not having accessible cleaning supplies like a mop. Broom was available. There was also food left in the fridge when we arrived and a clothing still in the washer.

Positive: Me and my family had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back next year. The house may look small from outside but inside was big enough for my four kids me and My Wife comfortably the backyard was wonderful. Love the fire pit in the light kids love the tree swing Matt was very helpful with if I needed anything no hesitation on responding back specially with my first time using the Airbnb
Negative: The dislikes of the properties is that the maid need to clean and dust a little better. It’s not Matt‘s fault. Other than that was wonderful.
Summary: Can’t wait to go back next year. I found her vacation rental spot. Thanks for being a good host. Look forward to seeing
