Summary: The location as good. Space was great. But Cleaning the filters, vent in staircase so gross, so dusty and sandy in the air and on everything in the home. The fridge was gross. Showers were dirty, hair in showers and walls. Carpet in living room full of sand. Ants were throughout the house and nothing in the house to get rid of them.

Summary: The house was well equipped and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. Can walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants, easy drive. Areas of improvement, clean the fans and add some curtains to bedrooms for better restful sleep.

Summary: One of the worst places I have ever stayed with a VRBO property. Here are the reasons: 1. Vacasa manager called to tell us to get out of the house an hour before we were supposed to arrive and while we were still on the way there....then said oops wrong house 2. Arrived at 4pm to check in and they were still cleaning it. Manager told me they were really busy that day and when I told her that wasn't my problem she hung up on me. After a 5 hour drive we proceeded to wait another hour and a half for them to finish. I called Vacasa to report this inconvenience to which they said they would so something to make it right but they never did. 3. House shakes, moves, and sways anytime you walk around it...which in my opinion is pretty unsafe? We later saw an infestation of termites all over the steps and porch. 4. Gigantic cockroach crawled across the living room 5. Only a small 3 person couch to sit on if you want to watch a movie in the living room....anyone else will need to sit on an extremely loud and uncomfortable wicker chair 6. Comforter for downstairs queen bed was actually for a twin bed 7. Upstairs beds are very loud when you lay or move on them First time to Surf Side and pictures were deceiving....its a quiet old beach town which is nice if you are wanting to get away from the city, but there's really nowhere decent to eat. Beaches were pretty littered....ssw more bottle caps than seashells.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property! It was perfectly located within easy walking distance to the jetty and the beach. The house was clean and the views from the porch priceless. We gave it an overall rating of 4 because there were not beach towels as the listing mentioned, and it was difficult to get ahold of the managent team with questions. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This place is spotless clean and everything is new. We stayed with our 4 kids and really enjoyed it. We loved the location close to the beach and Jetty and but not too close that we had no peace and quiet. Great vacation for a family!
