Summary: We stayed there because of the proximity to AT&T park. Was a very enjoyable walk to and from the park. Hotel staff, room, amenities, and accommodations were great.

Summary: I like the old timey feel. My only complaint is the coffee machine I followed the instructions and it just kept taking the little pods away from me so we were unable to either retrieve the coffee pods. The A/C was fine, it wasn’t kicking in well but apart from that it was a good stay overall! I would stay again.

Summary: I think I expected more having seen the photos and reviews. Hotel is central just off Union Square but it is tired. My room was big but must have been an older room - bath and bathroom were not great. Post Room Bar was nice. Staff very friendly.

Summary: Bed was super comfortable. Good location and union square has cleaned up its act. Room updates were nice. Wish shower had more pressure and line at the front desk was always long; house keeping skipped us one day and one morning we woke up early to house keepers calling to each other down the hall, but otherwise the stay was great. Good cocktails in the bar. Would stay again

Summary: Great central location right near union square. Easy access to all parts of SF. Enjoyed short to medium walks to great neighborhood cafe's in the morning. Bellmen and valet were very helpful. Room was quite spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Parking was very expensive but probably on par for the area. Wish we could have visited the Starlight bar on the rooftop but it was closed during our stay. Would definitely return.
