Summary: Our stay was nice. It is a very clean hotel. The area is fine as long as you don't walk the wrong way. Then you are in wrong area about a block away The hotel also charges about $46 per night for an amenity fee. I must've missed that when I booked. They also charge $75 a night for parking. Plus, they hold a charge for a deposit of $125 per night. So for 5 nights your deposit they hold would be $625. The hotel is beautiful and staff very nice. I would not stay again because i don't like all the added fees but the hotel is beautiful and everything was great.

Summary: The staff at Nikko truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Their warm hospitality was evident from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool, which was open from 6 AM to 10 PM, allowing us ample time to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with a modern touch, featuring calming colors that created a serene atmosphere. We appreciated the inviting aesthetics, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a few details we wish we had known in advance. For instance, there is an amenity fee, a tourism tax, and a BDA fee that were not initially communicated to us. Additionally, it was surprising to find that our SUV, which we considered to be on the smaller side—smaller than a RAV4—was classified as an oversize vehicle; instead of paying $75 to park our car overnight, we ended up paying $85. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by staff members who offered us complimentary beverages, which added a nice personal touch to our experience. Overall, our stay at Nikko was memorable, and the attention to detail truly enhanced our visit.

Summary: Really welcoming staff, helpful. Extra complement to the bartender who was really nice to talk to. US is expansive in general but the hotel was little bit to expensive when it comes to food and beverages. Room was nice, clean and well equipped

Summary: A great hotel just around the corner from Union Square, close to lots of shops and easy transportation down to the harbour. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room, although not the largest, was extremely comfortable and everything we could have wished for was there.
