Check out this adorable house. It was named BEAR Necessities, not because anything about it is "bare" but because it is truly Waco through and through. Not only are the necessities taken care of but much more. It's comfy, cozy, cute and charming. Just like the song says, "Look for the BEAR necessities, the simple BEAR necessities. Forget about your worries and your strife" and come to Waco and enjoy!
The kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig Duo and drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic pantry items and a dining table with seating for 6. We supply a limited amount of k-cups, sweeteners and creamers.
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and an adjustable office desk with a comfortable chair. The master bath has a large walk in shower.
Our other queen bed and both twin beds are very comfortable. We provide luggage racks in all three bedrooms. The queen and twin bedrooms share bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
We furnish body soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels including makeup removal towels.
Guest will have access to the entire home except for one locked supply closet.

Summary: The accommodations for this Cute Clean Cozy house were on point! The house was well supplied with all the things we needed for a comfortable convenient stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. It’s also in walking distance from the Brazo River and a sweet little park. Communications with management was very smooth. The dishwasher had a minor issue while we were there. Maintenance came out and fixed it right up. The maintenance guy was so nice and friendly, too. We’re already talking about booking again in the fall. When it’s nice and cool. The big beautiful tree and the deck is a wonderful place for a cookout. The only suggestion I would have is a grill for the deck. But, over all our stay was a 5 of 5!
