Welcome to the Bear's Den. A beautiful three level ski in/ski out townhouse, professionally decorated with so much mountain charm, for your winter or summer holiday.
Enjoy the unobstructed views of Mt. Morrisey from the comfort of your living room or outside on the adjoining balcony. This 1632 square feet, 3 bedroom plus den townhouse sleeps up to 10 guests and has been fully remodeled in 2021, including new flooring, paint, counters, mattresses, furniture, and appliances. In 2022, the hot tub has been upgraded to a brand new Artic Spa.
On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom and an ensuite. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, large flat screen TV and a comfy chair to relax and read. The "twin" bedroom has two comfortable extra long twin beds. All bedding and mattresses are brand new and ready for your stay.
On the main floor, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room, third bedroom, and full bathroom. There is also a balcony with a comfortable dining set and a back door to the hot tub area. Heated floors are throughout the kitchen and dining area and will keep your feet cozy and warm. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and create a great meal after an active day outdoors. The living room is impeccable with fun ski lodge touches throughout (bears, skates, small trees, etc.) and with a sofa bed for added sleeping capacity if necessary. Enjoy the large patio off of the dining room or relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes, or biking/hiking in the summer, in the brand new hot tub off of the back of the unit. The summer bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the bathroom with a shower.
The lower floor has a comfy family room/den to unwind and watch TV together. If two larger groups are staying, it is the perfect spot for the kids while the parents unwind upstairs. This den also contains a sofa bed if extra sleeping space is needed. The bottom floor also has an amazing storage space for your skis and/or bikes. Plenty of space to keep all your equipment safe and secure. This unit has two parking spaces right at your front door and there is also ample visitor parking throughout the complex.
This townhouse location can't be beat - it is ski in/ski out, with the Morrisey and Orient lifts being only seconds away. For those beginner skiers, yes, it is accessible for you too!
