Wonderful one-level corner-unit condo at Settler's Crossing has super easy ski-in/ski-out access to both the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and secondary bedroom has a combination twin and full-size bunk bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for night-time comfort and are separated by the open concept living space. Plus the kitchen (with all new appliances) and bathroom have heated tile floors. Cozy gas fireplace and brand new private hot tub are the perfect addition to a busy day. Bike rack storage in heated underground parking garage. Personal ski locker right outside your front door. Across the street from the nordic trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding and just a short stroll into the village.

Summary: We had our nephew visiting from Montreal during his spring break and this accommodation was absolutely perfect for our ski holiday. It was a very convenient ski in-ski out location for our group. The unit itself was so nicely stocked, incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed. Would highly recommend! The host, Tina, was also super responsive and accommodating. Thank you for making this ski adventure so memorable.

Summary: This well-maintained condo is outstanding and has it all:Location - ski in/ski out; short walk to village, quietAtmosphere - sunny, warm, and brightComfortable furnishings and decor - much better than averageLayout - open floor concept Cookware, dinnerware, and appliances are all top notch - there's no need to go out to eat!The Host - Tina was exemplary with instruction and was easy to reach by email.I highly recommend this condo for a small family who want to experience the Sun Peaks Resort at its finest.

Summary: My Family had a great time staying at Tina's place.The place is very clean and has all possible amenities including things that I would qualify as extras such as heated floors and a personal hot tub. Everything around the place is well labelled and the instructions are clear.communicating with Tina was easy and she was prompt to answer. As per ease of getting to the slopes, one just steps out the door, grab their skis in the secure closet just outside the door, walks less than a minute and is now joyfully skiing to the ski lifts.Thank you Tina.
