Negative: The main bedroom was cold, until we figured out there was a plug in heater to use. The decor is a little PNW cabin feeling for our taste, just not real Texas feeling.

Positive: The house was beautiful and extremely comfy! It felt like home, but elevated 100%. Very thoughtfully arranged for guest comfort and they had everything you may need to cook a meal or just not! The front porch was utilized the entire time and it was fun bird watching and seeing all the historical homes in the neighborhood. The location of the house to attractions was fantastic. The thoughtfulness the owners have put into their home is exceptional. I would recommend anyone to chose this location if they wanted to be close to downtown or just a stay in and relax.
Negative: No laundry and a half bath would be helpful for larger groups
