Enjoy a penninsula of 600 feet of riverfront property on private road. Kayaking, canoeing or fishing out your back door.Easy access to snowmobile trails one minute away. Indian Mound Golf course five minutes away. Go karting, mini golf, driving range 10 minutes. Antique stores and Auction House 10 minutes away.
More information about this home: This waterfront remodeled home is located a stones throw to the Bearcamp River which feeds into Lake Ossipee. It is a sandy bottomed river with a sandy beach. Catch Fish out your backdoor. We have lots of toys, kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, swing set, tubes, outdoor fire pit, hot tub overlooking river.There is a large deck around the house. The home is located on a private road. There are activities nearby for any season. Skiing, golf, mini golf, go karts, snowmobile trails only one minute away, The home is centrally located to the lakes and mountain region. 30 minutes drive to Lake Winnipessaukee, Laconia, North Conway & Freyburg Maine. One hour Drive to Mount Washington, Franconia Knotch. Within 10 minutes drive Enjoy nearby Hiking, antiquing, Monthly auctions at 'Gary Wallace Auctioneers', Lake Ossipee, boat rentals, ice fishing. Please note we have one Ring Spot Light Security Camera that monitors the driveway, sheds and deck area on driveway side of house
Please note June 1-August 30 we only rent Friday-Friday 7 night rentals. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a pre-approval $300 pet fee 2 dogs max. If dogs are not pre-approved and pet fee is not paid in advance there will be an extra $500 charged to renter in addition to $300 pet fee. We unfortunately have had issues in past.

Summary: This beautiful and well loved home was everything and more! Debbie and Chris were easily available to answer each and every question though there were not many that we had after a wonderful tour by their caretaker when we arrived. This house has everything and more to offer. There was absolutely NOTHING we lacked. Thanks to Debbie and Chris we were able to enjoy and unplug for the long weekend and just enjoy family within our beautiful surroundings,

Summary: My husband and I decided to do a family vacation with our kids and their families. We chose Bear camp river front camp and it was the best decision we could have made. The host Debbie and her husband were very responsive with any questions we had prior during and even very responsive after our stay.The camp is very comfortable and easy to make yourself at home.So many things for big kids, little kids and yes even the old kids to do around the camp as well as on the river.Unfortunately we had to leave quickly and a little earlier due to a family medical emergency.We are hoping to do a redo family vacation here again next year. We highly recommend Debbie and Chris's camp...you will not be disappointed.We Thank Debbie and Chris for making their beautiful camp available to others to enjoy.

Summary: Myself, my husband, 2 kids (14/10) and our dog stayed here and absolutely loved it. It really has everything you need for the week. I am extremely picky when it comes to rentals being clean (we have had a few that were great in pics and upon arrival, were gross) and this house lived up to my over the top standards. Plenty of space for everyone. The outside was perfect and we all loved the rope swing and the trampoline!! Great week all around!

Summary: My partner and I stayed with my two adult children, their partners, and three grandchildren, (10,7, 18 mos.) This house is exactly as advertised. I was worried that only one inside shower and two toilets might be an issue for 6 adults and 2 children, but the set up is ingenious. Getting ready in AM was never an issue. The room with the Q bed has a separate nook that fit the porta-crib perfectly. I am typically a hotel person as I know what chains have comfy mattresses. I will say I slept wonderfully! If you like to cook, the kitchen seems to have everything you could need, with plenty of seating. The sheds were full of everything you could want, chairs, floats, life jackets. I had not fished since I was a child and it brought back memories of me and my dad at a local pond. It was so nice to see my family enjoy the sport. It was something they have never done before in fresh water. (I think my son and SIL had a secret fishing competition going on). The rope swing was also a great source of fun. Unfortunately, it's been a crazy rain season in NE so bring yard guard and bug spray, also, the river runs fast with so much rain, so start your canoe/kayak ride upstream so after you get tired, you can glide downstream. -- thank you Deb and Chris for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Summary: We spent the week with four adults and two kids and there was plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The location was perfect for staying home and enjoying the river and wildlife - we saw a family of deer, ducks, turkeys, and a heron; we also kayaked, fished, and swam. It's also very close to many hiking trails and it was great to relax our muscles in the hot tub afterward! There are shops close by and many great restaurants. We made smores by the fire one night, though the bugs were a bit thick. We were lucky to have great weather and overall we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Summary: We had the most amazing time spending most of our time in the river boating, swimming, and the kids loved the swing set, and swinging into the river. The owners were great with communication and helping us out when we had questions. Would absolutely come back here agian!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful vacation at Bearcamp Bungalow. It was perfect size for our large group. Everything we needed was right there at the home and it made it convenient and relaxing. Our group enjoyed kayaking on the river. We also were able to go out and explore the many sights and towns that were on our wish list! It truly was a home away from home during our vacation.
