Positive: I originally planned to stay at the Beartooth Inn for just two days, but I enjoyed my time here so much that I ended up extending my trip to five days! To start, I just love the name of the Inn, and the location is absolutely perfect—it sits just outside of Cody, giving it a peaceful feel, but it's still very close to town. From the moment I checked in with Lloyd, the hospitality was fantastic. The other gentleman at the front desk, Cody, was also incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My room was extremely comfortable, featuring wonderfully soft and thick carpet, a cozy bed, a fridge, and a microwave. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they provided body lotion—a really nice touch since so many motels have stopped supplying it! The mornings here are fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and hit the spot, and the view of the lake is just beautiful. One morning, I even got to watch pronghorns grazing right outside.
Negative: The only minor hiccup was that the onsite laundromat wasn't operational during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff quickly provided me with information for a same-day laundry service in Cody to make up for it.
Summary: An unforgettable stay—extended my trip from 2 to 5 days!
