Positive: Excellent use of a small space. We did not feel crowded and had plenty of options to sit. The couch and bed were the best we had on our 2 week travel. No overwhelming smells and the frosted mugs were a special touch!
Negative: Everything was better than expected.

Positive: Spacious House lots of room. Was by myself so it was quiet. There was seven deer staying, Don't think they paid for use of grass and the sleeping area that was provided. Easy to walk where I needed. Plus I love Granny's restaurant down the street.
Negative: The bed was very soft for me however that could be great for someone else. The blanket at the end of the bed had a couple of clumps of woman's hair. Wasn't mine I am bald. Didn't have women over.
Summary: It was wonderful for me. I enjoyed my stay there.

Positive: Location and amenities were good, it was clean,well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. WIFI was good. Bedding was good. Overall comfortable.
Negative: Seemed a little dim due to the lack of overhead lighting in the kitchen and sitting room. Bedroom was a bit small. As was the bathroom. No power outlet on one side and no bedside tables.
