Summary: What a find this apartment was! We are a family of four and found the apartment to be clean, spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. Communication with Urs Sommer before our stay was excellent. However it was the stunning views from the balcony that made this place very special. We are an active family and after a full day of walking/cycling/climbing/swimming, we loved nothing more than relaxing on the balcony taking in the breath-taking view. The sign of a good holiday is not wanting it to end, and we most certainly did not want to go home at the end of the week. Highly recommend. 10/10. We would love to stay again!

Summary: The Chalet was more than I expected. The views were wonderful. The surroundings were peaceful, and the neighbors were quiet. Everything was clean and easy to find. If I ever come back to Switzerland I would stay here again.

Summary: The chalet was well laid out and had all we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. The views were amazing and made it hard to want to leave. We used the local bus system and it was very easy to get around. The communication with the owners was great! They would respond immediately to any questions, before and during our trip. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone headed to that area.

Summary: A really great appartment. The views were fantastic, watching the different light over the lake and the mountains was lovely. The appartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and was spacious and clean. The location was great too as it was easy to walk to the cable car to the Niederhorn and to drive to Grindelwald and the two lake shores.

Summary: My wife and I and our 2 adult kids thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days here. The view from the huge patio and that same view from the long living room with glass doors is unparalleled. You see several mountain ranges above the entire Lake Thun, with villages along the lake front. Our host recommended a car, which I found to be crucial, though the narrow, winding mountain roads are difficult to drive. Centrally located, incredibly clean, modern, and elegant. Weโ€™ll be back!

Summary: An exceptional apartment in a glorious location. We were a little uncertain initially driving down the narrow road, but the effort was well rewarded. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has every amenity. And the views from the spacious terrace are amazing. Such a joy to wake up to in the morning and to return to in the evening after a fabulous day sightseeing in the beautiful Bernese-Oberland. Thank you, Urs and Esther for a wonderful stay. Summary: You could not ask for a more perfect place to stay. The snow covered mountains, the view of the lake, a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun, and listen to cowbells and birds chirping. A dining table large enough to entertain, a sitting area to enjoy the view. Comfortable living room and lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Can't wait to return!
