Positive: The apartment was a self check-in with proper communication from the guest services team. The facility is very close to two train stations and several bus stations and close to several restaurants and bars. There is no breakfast in the morning but I like the apartment with well furnished kitchen to make our food. Cleaning was done by us for the 6 nights we stayed and all I can say is that I didn't get the value of our money. I rate them 5/10.
Negative: I never liked that there was no lift at the premises to move some of my luggage to third floor. There was no dryer to dry my clothes after using the washing machine that was meant to wash only. Cleaning policy is not favorable as we were made to clean ourselves after paying to spend 6 nights at the apartment. The several bars close to the apartment were really noisy for us to sleep as they stay late at the bars. This location is not okay for people that don't like noises.
Summary: Apartment was just ok but didn't meet my expectation.

Positive: Comfortable apartment and in a good location, not far from the subway station. The landlord responded to questions quickly and is a nice person.
Negative: I don't know why, but the position of air conditioner in the room I live in makes repeated noises at night, and it still makes noises when the air conditioner is turned off. Other than that, everything is fine.

Positive: First things first, the location of this property is OUTSTANDING. Having been to Paris many times before, I've been more interested in the proximity of a location to the Metro, rather than soak in the actual surroundings. In this case, the entire area is dotted with stunning grafiti, colonial French houses and the best food outlets. Back to the property, the apartment has been meticulously planned to optimize on space and layout. It is fully functional, extremely well stocked and pretty much can cater to your needs while on holiday. The living room sofa bed is comfortable and has ample room for dining in the space. Excellent TV, good stream of running hot water make it a great place to be. Coming to the noise of the bar next door. This is extremely misleading and was one of my major concerns giving we were travelling with young children. Living on the ground floor, you do hear loud crowds going up and down the street but nothing close to a bustling discoteque with boozy adults. Very pleasant and had a week's stay with no interruptions. Being in a residential neightbourhood is a big advantage to feeling safe and amongst locals. Two phenomenally good patisseries around the corner. Lorette's is a true hidden gem and almost everything from their breads to their desert is a delight. Closed on Wednesday for some reason. Fabreeza does an pistacchio pizza which is truly unique, the thai papaya is also delightfully authentic and has one of the cleanest restrooms in Paris. Straight down on the high street is Maison M'Seddi (Claimed and renowned for making the best Baguettes in Paris - Tall Claim). Really wonderfull staff and food in all mentioned places and with a great convenience store a min away, you can't go wrong with this one.
Negative: If I really had to nitpick, I could. But I won't because all the plus's more than make up if at all they had any negatives. No safe, no ice tray in freezer - That's about it. ;-)
