Negative: There was no ac and we were in the attic/loft part of the building so it was incredibly hot during the summer. You couldn't leave the windows open and they were Velux so light would pour in

Negative: The stairs was a little tricky to navigate. You definitely need to keep an eye on each step as they are steep and uneven in width. It didnโ€™t bother us but it might be difficult for some people.

Positive: ideal location and handy for saving money as we could cook at the apartment! lovely area which seemed to have a good night life with lots of nearby bars and cafes
Negative: the stairs to get up to the room are very uneven and tiring. we were a few floors up with a large suitcase which was difficult to carry, and due to being a bit on the clumsy side i often tripped on my way up to the room

Positive: The location of property was 5 min walk to X2 most important metro line easy to get anywhere in Paris. When I travel again to Paris will stay there for sure. 50m away there are x6 restaurants and a lovely local bakery.
Negative: There is nothing that I did not like all was excellent. The only suggestion I will make is to send a WhatsApp link with location of property. As I used the eircode and that does not bring you to property door. But if you put the whole adress then it brings you to exact location. I made the presumption if I introduce the eircode in the Google map it will bring us straight to the property door (like in Ireland) but that is not the chase as it brings you to a general area location from there we had to walk extra 15 min. But nothing major overall is excellent.

Positive: The staff were absolutely wonderful. I had two issues but could not phone the office. My emails asking for help were answered within 90 minutes. In both cases they sent someone to help. I could not be more pleased with their efforts. Well donel
Negative: I knew in advance that the stairs were narrow and steep. It was a chore getting my suitcase to level four. There is not much the company can do about the probleml

Positive: American here - great place to stay. A couple highlights: - Washer/dryer combo in the unit (we stayed in 5) - Small grocery store (with liters of fresh squeezed OJ for 5 euro) right across the street - Many cafes close by (even the ones rated poorly on apps werenโ€™t bad) - About 7 min walk to metro access - Neighborhood felt safer than most American cities. Thereโ€™s no front desk, you just enter the building with a code. Looked like many rentals in the area were similar so it didnโ€™t seem weird or out of place - Short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. We walked to the Louvre one day as well. Itโ€™s possible to walk to many tourist destinations from here if youโ€™re not in a rush (and if you are just take the metro which is also close by)
Negative: Lots of stairs that were a little rickety, but if you donโ€™t have mobility considerations itโ€™s a non-issue.
Summary: Stay here if youโ€™re an American and need things to be easy for you

Positive: The property is in a great location, close to bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets (there is a nice one right across the street). The apartment is lovely, it has everything you need to cook your own food. It was tidy and we had a wonderful time in the apartment and the city.
