Summary: You can’t beat the location of this property. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious. The property manager was very accommodating. The coffee maker did not function properly. But, Starbucks is a short walk away.

Summary: Thank you Timmi for helping make our vacation in Paris a dream come true. This apartment is huge for Paris standards and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the metro was 2 blocks away. Just perfect!

Summary: Timi was there to greet us when we arrived and explained the features of the apartment. The apartment is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Timi also wished us a bon voyage upon departure. I would stay again.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Lots of great restaurants are steps away from this apartment. Every morning we walked to the amazing local pastry shops for coffee and croissants. We walked to most of the major sights and the Metra is also right by. There are several outdoor markets in the area and grocery stores. The apartment was spacious with comfortable furniture to lounge or read. It also has nice large windows with plenty of light. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. The owner was very gracious and check-in and check out a breeze. He showed us how to work everything and even helped me with my luggage. The apartment was well stocked with everything you needed whether to cook a meal or simply make a pot of coffee. The neighborhood is bustling and full of energy and young people. Charming cobblestone streets with lots of boutiques, wine shops and many cozy traditional bistros. Also excellent selection of ethnic & fusion restaurants. Beyond visiting the major sights we did spend time walking all over Marais and its a really pretty part of Paris with beautiful covered passages, fountains & small gardens. The apartment is easy walking distance to the river & Notre Dame. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again.

Summary: Spent a girls weekend in Paris…we could not have chose a better location! Timi met us at the front door upon arrival, and helped move us into the apartment (even making us coffee!) He was very responsive, even recommending dinner locations. His apartment is spacious and clean, and contained everything we required for a “home away from home”. We would absolutely return to this apartment.

Summary: Timi is a great host, met us at check in, helped with the luggage and was there if we needed anything. Apartment is in a really cool old Paris building with a lot of character. The flat itself is very comfortable and even though it is on a busy street, its very quiet on the inside. I was cold out, so we had the windows closed. The location is excellent-walking distance to the main sites in Paris plus close to many shops and restaurants. We only had two of us and I like a lot of space but there is only one bathroom so if you have four people you need to share! Otherwise, the place is great, very comfortable, nice place to come back and hang out after a busy touring day. I give it five stars!
