Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the BeauSite Hotel Zermatt to celebrate our special occasions. From the very beginning, the transport pickup and check-in process were seamless. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the majestic Matterhorn—truly unforgettable. On our first night, we dined at The Grill and were thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. A special thanks to Pierre, who looked after us with such friendliness and professionalism. Overall, our experience at BeauSite Hotel was top-notch. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Zermatt.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Beau Site! The hotel is stunning, every detail is perfection. The area is quiet and picturesque and close to the centre of town. The pools and spa are clean and so luxurious. The staff is so helpful and friendly and accommodating. Sabina and Camilla at the front desk were particularly helpful and good to us. We were lucky enough to have dinner in the Fondue Hut which was a very special and delicious experience, made even more special with incredible service from Federico. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Excellent views. Short walk or shuttle service from train station, conveniently located without having to hike up steep roads. It may seem a little expensive, but you get your moneys worth here. The outdoor hot tub is amazing. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in a very beautiful part of the world. Very friendly and helpful staff. Concierge service is top of the line. Highly recommend.
