Positive: We loved our stay at Viktoria A. The location is excellent right next to the train station and Gornergrat railway, close to local shops and evening attractions. The hosts, Beat & Myra are exceptional: they made us feel at home from the very first moment and helped us with any questions we could possibly have. Zermatt is always worth a trip and this residence is definitely one to return to.
Negative: It was perfect! Nothing to add in this section.
Summary: 100% want to return to this property!

Positive: The apartment is located a few minutes walk from Zermatt train station where the host met us when we arrived from Wengan and a very short walk away is the apartment that has a very good view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. On the ground floor is Coops supermarket that has all the essentials including wine. Everything is very convenient.
Negative: Everything was great including the super friendly hosts. No complaints at all.
Summary: Very nice apartment in a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay the again.

Positive: The apartment is ispacious and comfortable, in a great location, very close to train stations, ski bus, shopping centres and village. The view of the Matterhorm from the windows is a wonderful bonus. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Positive: The house owner is super friendly and very very helpful for the entire journey from the minute I placed the booking. Everything of the house is perfect, location, size, comfort of the bed, EVERYTHING!

Positive: What a wonderful place to stay. Couldn’t fault anything. Bergen even came to the railway station to get us. The appartment is directly opposite the railway station so all you need to do is cross over the road to get there. You have a view of the Matterhorn from the appartment. There is everything you need to be self sufficient with meals and a co op directly below. The appartment is quiet and comfortable and right in the town centre. You can walk to everything. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Great location, opposite the train station. Wonderful hosts. We were greeted outside the Hauptbahnhof when we first arrived, shown to our apartment and given an introduction to the apartment and the town. Everything was as described and we were given a bottle of the very nice local wine. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to prepare meals. The Coop supermarket downstairs in the same building made catering very easy.
Negative: Nothing really. Great as it is.

Positive: It was an excellent apartment with a million dollars view of matterhorn from our bed from the lounge and from the balcony. The location was excellent. Everything was close by, like co-op store station and all other amenities it was very clean and comfortable. The linen was very neat. Extreme attention was given to minute details like I pad was present in room which shows current weather conditions of matterhorn and other mountains top the books in the lounge were very informative and interesting we used to study them every evening above all the host was an excellent gentleman very polite very cooperative he even came to pick us up at station when he came to know it's our first time in zermatt if we pile up all these things it has made our trip so comfortable so memorable that if I have to come to zermatt again definitely I will stay here again after hicking when we used to back in this apartment it was so welcoming and comfortable
