Enjoy the beauty and nature of Lake Conroe. I will love to share my family retreat with yours. My place is located in the private lake community of April Sound, close to fine dining, shops, markets and just 25 minutes away from The Woodlands area.This condo is located in the gated country club community of April Sound on Lake Conroe.
APRIL SOUND COUNTRY CLUB (w/ fee): 3 outdoor swimming pools (adult pool, family pool & kiddie pool), hot tub, fitness center, golf course & tennis courts. Please contact us for fees, payment method and availability.
I'm available 24/7 for any questions or information.
I will provide you with all the instructions to access the security guard gated community.
Other things to note
-New living and dining sets, washer and dryer.
-New mattresses, linens and towels of hotel quality.
-You must climb 4 steps to get into the front door. (no stairs inside the apartment)

Summary: Woke up the first morning to a lot of water on the floor that had come in under and around the French doors due to thunder/rain storm. I cleaned up the mess & went about my business but this is obviously an ongoing issue as evidenced by the prior water damage around that door frame. I’m not complaining, just thought you should know.
