We have spectacular ocean views from every room! Both bedrooms, the living room, balcony and even from the window in the kitchen. As you enter this well appointed two-bedroom, two bath condo you will immediately go into relaxation mode. This is a perfect choice for families of four as it offers an open floor plan that combines the living, dining and kitchen spaces.
After a busy day at the beach relax on the plush couch or recliners with a good book, to watch tv on the large flat-screen cable TV or to enjoy a game night with family. Large sliding glass doors invite you to the private balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise or gaze at the beautiful beach below.
The living and dining room are one big open room so everyone can be together. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a keurig for your morning coffee and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils are available to prepare meals for the entire family.
Two bedrooms await you when you are ready to retire. The primary hosts a comfortable king size bed with an ocean view and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample dresser and closet space. The guest bath is close by and has a standard bathtub with shower, vanity with granite counter and plenty of towels.
Free WIFI, cable, beach towels and other beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.
High speed internet w/access to ethernet port & wifi.

Summary: We spent three weeks at Leanne’s condo. I wish it could have been longer. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pool, and shopping across the street. We loved the balcony and amazing view of the beach and ocean.

Summary: Leanne and Gary are great hosts- super responsive to all our questions- the space is lovely- well supplied kitchen for cooking- great balcony seating and views with nice high railing to protect our grands- DG across the street for picking up whatever we needed- Publix down the street-several great restaurants , bars and ice cream shops within walking distance…Catholic Church a 6 min walk, great sidewalks for walking and biking and wonderful pool and beach spaces with shuffle board - plenty of poolside seating - the condo was supplied with chairs and cooler for the Beach- We hope to return next year
