Positive: The location was wonderful; on the no drive beach portion of NSB. Hurricane force rated sliding doors kept all outside noise out, which was a bonus. Communication with the owner was great; very quick response and a willingness to make our stay comfortable. I was impressed with the modern features, and how the unit is spacious and well set up to accommodate a large family. Furnishings were top notch, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Bathrooms were stocked as well with great amenities and big, fluffy, clean towels. The coffee bar was great; with many options and snacks. My granddaughters loved the fact that they could have cocoa in the morning with a granola bar or snack option. There were also many kids' toys to play with, which kept the kids entertained. The main level of living was so comfy with soft throw blankets and comfortable seating. It was such a treat to have the many toys, beach towels, umbrellas, ice chests, to take to the beach in a wagon that was easy to pull. It was evident to me that the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this a wonderful, comfortable place to stay, with little effort on the part of the renter. That was very refreshing. It was also nice to have a full-size washer and dryer with fully stocked soap, bleach, etc.
Negative: No complaints.
Summary: This was just the perfect place to stay for a getaway at the beach.

Positive: Everything was very well maintained and clean. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully laid out for family. Hosts left nice touches that almost made it seem like a hotel like the complimentary soaps and stuff at the coffee bar.
Negative: Top floor gets a little warm. A tower fan up there would be helpful but that’s about it.
Summary: Gorgeous townhome steps from the beach and close to everything.

Positive: This was the cleanest, best appointed rental we have ever stayed in. From the many beach towels, chairs and toys to the well stocked coffee bar we had everything we needed.
Negative: I wish there were more hooks in the bedrooms for hanging clothes.
Summary: Quiet complex on a beautiful no drive beach with a pleasant pool area, great vacation stay!

Positive: Absolutely everything! The location was great, the entire townhome was very clean. Good ocean view (although the weather was not in our favor). Plenty of extras (towels, linens, small kitchen appliances, daily use things, games, toys for kiddos and sooo much more)! The townhome definitely has the comforts of home and an awesome Zen vibe! And, Carmen was super attentive, responded very fast and was super friendly! The ONLY BAD THING I can say is that I couldn’t stay longer (due to my work schedule).
Negative: Nothing! It was great! I’ll be back again!
