This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom is located in one of the highly sought after neighborhoods. Duval is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Beall's Outlet, restaurants and more. And six minutes by golf cart to Truman Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and nestled between Turtle Mound and Truman and next course over is Sandhill executive courses for golfing. And if you're looking for more 're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Seabreeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has comfortable twin size beds for your guests. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a screened in lanai with comfortable seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. This home is set up for fun and relaxing that the whole family can enjoy.
This home comes complete and includes a 4-Seater Gas Golf Cart, a BBQ Grill, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Internet/TV was a total disaster. Tv shows, sporting events etc suffered from constant buffering and freezing up. That is the only negative I have to say but, it was a deal breaker for us for future rental at this villa.
