This modern apartment (completed October 2010) on the 3rd floor of a prestigious residency (six floors in total) is tastefully fitted and furnished throughout to the highest standard and comfortably sleeps four adults.
Set in a convenient and central location in the town (a one minute walk to the main square of Place General de Gaulle), the apartment is located on the internal side of the residential building, with no road (and traffic) directly outside. As well as being close to the station for trips along the coast, it is also only a short walk into the Old Town for shops and restaurants and ten minutes to the lovely sandy beaches of Antibes.
The good size, west facing balcony, overlooking the garden area, includes a dining table with four chairs, outdoor lighting and a sun umbrella and benefits from the sun from lunchtime to late afternoon.
The lounge which opens onto the balcony includes a stylish black leather sofa and matching leather chair, a flat screen TV with English channels, a DVD player and a music system with iPod dock. The professionally designed and fitted open plan kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances - a Bosch electric oven & hob, cooker hood, a microwave, a washing machine and a full size fridge/ freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a good size dining table with four chairs.
The apartment has air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms and in the open-plan lounge.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the two single beds in the 2nd bedroom can be converted into a large double bed if preferred. Both bedrooms include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with ample storage and hanging space, furniture and bedside tables with modern lighting.
The bathroom includes a top quality , spacious, shower cubicle, a vanity unit with wash basin and a heated towel rail.
The w.c is housed separately and includes a wash hand basin.
The apartment is fully double glazed with electric operated window shutters.
Internet / Wifi is also provided at the apartment and underground parking at the residence is available with the apartment.
End of stay clean and laundry costs are included in the price. If you wish to hire towels at a cost of 10€ per set please advise us before check in. Check-ins after 21.00 are subject to a charge of 30€ and no check ins are available after 23.00.

Summary: First of all, communication with Sarah and Lorna was perfect, very fast and they gave all answers we needed. The flat has a very comfortable location: Only 10 minutes to the beaches, less than 10 minutes to the center of of Antibes. The possibility to park our car in the building's parking lot was very comfortable, but the car must not be higher than 1,8m and you really need some practise ;) The pictures show exactly what you the appartment offers, the kitchen is well equipped, very helpful was also the air conditioning during our vacation.... The balcony was our preferred place to eat, enough space for four people. While the appartment is located really directly in the city, there was not much noise: The flat and the balcony looks at the inner courtyard. Hallways and the lift were very clean, nothing to complain. We enjoyed our time in Antibes!

Summary: The property was very good if a little small. The kitchen was well equipped but again rather small as were the double bed and the shower. all in all we had a good vacation.

Summary: We absolutely loved Antibes and we enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom apartment. Short walk to Old Antibes for dinners out, 15 minute walk to the beach, less than 10 to the train station and multiple groceries all around the unit. The rental was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a lovely family stay. Building was clean and safe and parking was a plus. Communication with Sarah was easy and she met us outside the unit upon our arrival. Loved the vibe of Antibes and would highly recommend for families.

Summary: It's a beautiful apartment with everything you need. It,s in a great location 5 minutes walk from the train station. Three beautiful beaches the marina, market bars and restaurants are all within a 10 minutes walk. Sarah and Lorna couldn't have been more helpful. We can't wait for our next trip

Summary: Our stay here has been lovely. The apartment is in a great location, perfect for exploring the beautiful French Riviera! Situated close to the train station and only a short walk to the port and town centre it is very convenient for everything. The apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped. Very quiet and has a lovely balcony which is a great sun trap even in the winter! Opposite the apartment is an amazing patisserie called Cottard which was one of our regular haunts! Sarah & Lorna are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble from looking after our cat to lending us cookbooks and recommending local places to eat. They are both very helpful and it's great to know they are there should you need anything. I would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay if you are looking for somewhere central yet quiet, modern yet big enough and with great hosts!!
