2 bedroom room and one bathroom .......house with comfy living room all black leather couches and kitchen very nice dinning room one ... large porch with seating and back yard with amenities such as ping pong fooseball and hottub barbecue grill... my property is a great because its convenient to Hoover dam 30 minutes away also lake mead 20 minutes away and sunsetsation and fiesta casino 7 minutes away.... the Las Vegas strip is 18 minutes away which provides all the popular events and activities that go on in the beautiful city of southern Nevada so all places are very convenient
...uber or lyft are recommended if there is no car.... also water park cowabunga bay is 5 minutes away from property.... There many things to do with family as well.... downtown henderson is a 7 minute drive away from the house...and downtown Las Vegas is less then 20 minutes away from the house ....very inexpensive uber and Lyft rides....

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The home is well equipped, homely and in a quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t have a car but managed to walk or use local transport for most things. The only and BIG NEGATIVE is that both the beds were VERY NOISY and so we opted for the sofas. This needs to be addressed by the owners as we have noticed it in previous reviews.

Summary: Nice ,cozy, very comfortable house. Host was very easy to contact. And was very quick to respond to my request. After an evening in Vegas the hot tub was very relaxing. Excellent host.

Summary: The house was perfect, was clean and private and fairly close to everything. The mamlnager was easy to be in contact with and gave all information necessary!

Summary: Beautiful cosy home away from home! Was clean and the host had great communication and was quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. Neighbourhood was quiet and the spa was a delight! Would definitely love to rebook one day!

Summary: My only “complaint” is that I wish this property had been available for both nights we were staying in the Vegas area! It was a cute little home in a neighborhood of similarly sized homes. The place was clean and cozy, and gets 5 stars for being just as advertised. Since we just stayed 1 night we didn’t take advantage of using the kitchen but it seemed reasonably prepped for use in my brief poking around. We did take advantage of the washer/dryer (we’d been camping!) and also the kids and I used the hot tub (following house rules!) the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This place was perfect for us. The hot tube was great. Not far from the Vegas strip. Nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend. Nice clean two bedroom house with everything you needed to relax . Thanks Luke

Summary: Property was pretty good all around. Didn't realize the neighborhood (not our kind of neighborhood, little more rough looking than I wanted) the neighborhood was quiet and fine though. Didn't love the gate at the front entry we had to open and close every time we left and came with our car. The bathroom vanity is really low, my kid could wash his hands without a stool, but I had to bend in half to wash my hands. Beds are very squeaky. Temperature throughout the house seemed very inconsistent. Didn't love how much one room could be cool and another hot.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 2-week trip around the Grand Canyon. The location was good for our day trips to Hoover Dam and Death Valley along with car rental return, to airport. House worked well for us and owner was responsive to questions.
