Our cozy and unique house is located directly at Plaza San Anton typical and lively environment. It sleeps up to 4 guests and offers various spaces to relax or work:
✔ 2 well-sized bedrooms - 1 comfortable king-size and 1 queen-size bed, all air-conditioned plus additional ceiling fan and closet.
✔ 1 bathroom with hot water "walk-in"-shower..!
✔ A fully equipped kitchen - (blender, microwave, coffee machine, stove and refrigerator with freezer) gives you the choice of cooking by yourself or eating out in one of the restaurants close by.

Summary: My stay at this property was wonderful. THE Owner Mr. THOMAS was always available for Mr and was very helpful. The people in the community was very nice and warm. The only thing I wish I had was a pool. But that was my preference. Please if you are looking for a place to stay this is an excellent option

Summary: Items that were not acceptable to me: 1. The pictures of the property are of the actual property, but you cannot tell from these pictures that it is an unsafe area after dark. 2. The entire house smells like cigarette smoke. 3. The property manager stated that he has “five star reviews” which are only possible if the renters are from a third world country. 4. The one night I did stay at the property there was loud music playing for a large amount of the evening. When I emailed to explain this to the property manager he called me a liar. Not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this property. I only stayed one of the six nights I paid for, it is not worth the risk to stay here.

Summary: We had an incredible time in this house. It's beautiful, clean and in a great location. It had every amenity we needed to set-up house for a long weekend. I cooked a big dinner and invited my wife's family. It had every kitchen necessity. I want to personally thank the host for making it available for us and for the beautiful and unforgetful weekend we had.

Summary: The property is very nice and spacious with multiple levels of security. I visited with my coworkers for an assignment in the colonial zone. The house is difficult to find even for Uber or taxi I suggest arranging a driver recommend by the host. The house has everything you may need provided. For food I recommend Angelo's which is a short walk away. Make sure you review details about the electricity usage. Whatever issue we ran into the host was punctual with response.

Summary: I was worried at first when I got to the place but after I talked to the manager she made me so comfortable, she was so helpful that was a great experience at that place for the 1st time in Dominican Republic, thanks Patricia great job, great customer service. I would love to stay there again and again on my next trip to the DR

Summary: The apartment was clean but it’s your typical house in DR...not fancy but clean enough. The neighborhood is ok if you know DR. Don’t come in with the American attitude of things should be perfect. I would stay again. Patricia was very accommodating. When I had an issue she responded very quickly.
