Summary: Overall this was a great property. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. Downfalls would be not much around within walking distance for food. Plus there was an extremely strong pot smell in the master bedroom. We think it was coming from the unit next door. Host was great to work with and was very prompt with communication.

Summary: The apartment was cute and had most everything we needed. The host was resposive. However, the noise from outside was very loud. We experienced 4 am wake up sereral mornings from trash pick up. Car noise was constant. Loud music from outside and foot noise from the apartment above in the afternoons and evenings was distracting. We stayed for two weeks and we i stayed inside the apartment most days so the noise was bothersome. We didn't love the neighborhood except that is was within walking distance to public transportation. The washing machine was broken but the host picked up our laundry for cleaning when we needed it.

Summary: The apartment was beautiful and exactly like it was described. It was extremely clean and Hans was great to work with. It was as a perfect location and we will definitely stay again.

Summary: Place was great. Secure and easy access to Broad Street Station, so it was easy to get in and out of NYC at Penn Station. Also easy to walk to Whole Foods and Kanela Cafe. (Great coffee place) Would definitely stay in again, and would recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed the apartment, for its location, the fast response of the host, however, the strong cannabis smoke from the neighbors has permeated the bedroom and the closets. Our clothes and items are coated with marijuana smells. Water is the fridge does not work, misleading us to believe the unit has Washer and Dryer, but what we saw was the sign noted, “Don’t Not Use”. Over all, thanks for having us at your home

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. The parking is in a gated lot and seemed to be very secure. Hans, the owner, was great with communication and generously brought us more coffee when we needed it. I would recommend him as an owner. The location is a bit noisy if you want to sleep in. You may want to plan on a white noise machine or ear plugs. This is not a reflection on the property or the manager, just a reality of the location.

Summary: Five minutes walk to Broadway station in Newark and 15 minutes on a train to Pennstation downtown New York. Host was extremely helpful, polite and attentive. You can't ask for better service. The property itself clean, was enough room for six people. Nice contemporary design. It was a little noisy at night since it is on a busy street but nothing that ear plugs wouldn't fix. Also there are no darkening shades or curtains so take the sleeping masks with you. Overall excellent experience, thank you Hans. We will be back

Summary: The building is great- safe, clean. The parking was SUCH a bonus and needed in this area. The apartment is super clean, spacious, and furnished in calm and subtle tones with modern furniture and accents. Excellent communication from pre trip all the way through check in.

Summary: The details the host out were precise. Entrance was easy. Apartment was just as the pictures. Spacious & beautiful. The decor details were exquisite. The sheets were so so soft & great material. Laundrys always a plus & smart tvs. The outside noise is the only negative esp living ina quiet area. But it didnt really bother me. The kitchen accessories were a plus as well. You dont really need anything but to stock the frig w/whatever you like. The cleanliness was perfect as well. Really enjoyed this stay. Esp since i needed that large dinner table to fam dinner. Worked out perfect. Def will recommend & return. They even have a luggage cart downstairs. & inside parking because outside parking can be hard outside onthe street. Open concept w/many windows. This place isa plus.
