Positive: A great stopover option. Spectacular view. The property has a lift which made a BIG difference. We strongly recommend this property.
Negative: The furnishings look a bit tired but this didn't detract from our happy stay. There's no WIFI but that wasn't a problem for us.

Positive: We stayed in the apartment for two nights and used it as a base for sightseeing. The apartment is very spacious, clean with amazing sea views. Oisin was very attentive, checking to see if we got into the apartment ok and rang the next day to make sure everything was ok.

Positive: The apartment is located on hill overlooking the sea, mountains and beach. Fabulous view from the property. The apartment itself is clean with all amenities. Host was excellent and will be back in the future to enjoy this very beautiful part of Donegal.

Positive: The location in Portnablagh overlooking the sea is wonderful. You could hear the waves from the apartment. It's walkable to the harbour where there is a new sauna at the pier. Walkable also to the Cove restaurant. A 3 minute drive into Dunfanaghy itself. The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine and full kitchen. Oisin was helpful and proactively contacted us to check everything was ok.
Negative: The decor in the living room is somewhat tired. The upstairs shower is broken and the upstairs toilet makes a loud noise when flushed, I think there's an issue with the pipes.
Summary: Great location in Dunfanaghy, a few updates to the decor and facilities would be needed.

Negative: Some TLC and decluttering would go a long way. Location map on Booking inaccurate. Worst towels we’ve experienced in Ireland. A booklet of information about local restaurants, etc., other information would be nice.
