Charming 3 bedroom flat with beautiful garden in a clean, safe and conveniently located neighborhood. Bernal is one of the sunniest and warmest areas of SF!
This home is located on a quiet street yet it is only three blocks from cortland avenue - which has lovely bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques and an organic grocery store.
We are close to several bus lines which easily connect to BART or MUNI. We have a street parking spot in front of our house for you to use as well as plentiful street parking (rare in SF!). We are a 15 minute drive to downtown and a 20 minute drive to golden gate park. We are walking distance to mission street and the city hustle and bustle but our house is in a quiet and relaxing spot for when you need a break.
House is equipped with ultra high speed wireless internet and we have Netflix, HBO/MAX, prime video, apple tv
Master bedroom has a great view of the city with a king size bed.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and a small toddler bed/nook.
Third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle.
We have an upgraded kitchen with many ammenities, 5 burner gas stove, and a new washer/dryer in house.
This is also a kids vaca paradise. We have two kids ourselves and so have many toys, games and books. We are walking distance to 3 playgrounds and a beautiful library with a wonderful children's section. This is one of the best family neighborhoods in San Francisco, which is reflected in the friendliness of people on the street and in the stores and restaurants in Bernal Heights.
Every Saturday right down the street an amazing farmers market. Also bernal hill is up the street with the best views in the city.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed here. We found it a wonderful place to stay. We came in from out of the state and used the MUNI for our transportation. This was a great location- 2 blocks from bus 23 to the zoo and 3 blocks to bus 24 down to Fisherman’s Warf. There is a fun small shopping street up 3 streets away which we were able to enjoy as well. This was a great home to stay in and a great location.

Summary: Perfect house to spend a few days, to cook, walk and hang out. The kitchen is super well equipped to cook full holiday meals, the living room is cozy and welcoming, wonderful location to fetch groceries, walk up Bernal Heights and the Cross Town trail. Quiet and safe and bright. Sean left us a welcoming gift basket too.

Summary: This property is in a beautiful and extremely safe area of the city, which is what first caught my interest while booking. The house is absolutely stunning and even has an outside sitting area which is so hard to come by in SF. The highlight of our stay was definitely how accommodating and sweet Sean was as well. He was easy to get ahold of for anything we needed, and he even sent us a detailed video on how to use his latte maker for our morning coffee. The provided snacks and drinks upon our arrival and even sent our group cookies via door dash on our second day of our trip. Absolutely wonderful experience. We hope to use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Summary: The condo was very nice. There were three of us and a corgi. No issue with parking. A short walk to a local breakfast restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: It is a lovely house in the San Fransisco. A bit distant from de city center, which make traveling towards the center a bit time consuming, but on the other hand, you are staying in a quite, save and nice neighborhood. The has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is wel equipes, and there is a lovely garden where you can enjoy the peace and quite of the neighborhood. A real recommendation!

Summary: Property is conveniently located near the main neighborhood corridor of Bernal Heights, and we could easily walk to restaurants, parks, etc. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. We were looking for a quiet neighborhood that was away from the usual tourist attractions of SF, and were very happy with our choice. However, it is also easily accessible to freeway and quick access to downtown, Golden Gate park, etc.
