Positive: Location in 5 mins from the supermarket and Coral Bay beach and the local Town, quiet neighborhood, good access road, nice swimming pool with the shallow end and pool cleaner came twice during our 5 day stay (no additional fee), house relatively well maintained, and spacious and bright, with nice large balconies, nice sea and mountain view from all spots, no particular issues with the accommodation really, our company of 9 people including 5 children (some slept on foldable beds, which were provided and we were aware), and plenty of easily reachable tourist spots to visit, such as Avakas gorge for one, so we overall totally enjoyed our holiday at this house! Absolutely recommended!
Negative: The outside dining table on the terrace was very wobbly, probably requires some quick fix, and that's really the only comment, was not a big deal but still.
Summary: Well located villa with a nice pool and view, excellet for families with kids (and a rental car)

Positive: The property is new and clean. The pool is awesome - maybe not in March, but May and further for sure! There's enough bathrooms to go around and many places to spend time together: living room, dining room, outdoor dining area. Also, the kitchen facilities are great for cooking and we used the barbeque 4 times during our week there.
Negative: There were oddities with the booking: 1. My contact details (name, phone number, booking.com booking number) got leaked and someone tried to scam me in Whatsapp 2. Someone "broke into" our home and stole a laptop, cash and a watch 3. We're rather certain that someone knew the code to our key's lockbox - we took a picture in the morning and in the evening the numbers were different. We tested - this wasn't an accident, i.e. numbers didn't change when we moved the cover. Firstly, we didn't find the vacuum cleaner (in a closet) and the broom was in the back yard. Also, you shouldn't flush toilet paper down the toilet. The property is new-ish and the address isn't linked in Google Maps. The hosts sent the GPS coordinates which lead us to the correct place. After that it was easy

Positive: Place was brilliant. Simply brilliant. Perfect for our family and will 100% stay again. Villa had everything you needed and perfect supplies of everything even down to tin foil, bbq lighters, oil, shampoos etc. Communication with owner was superb. Had an issue on day 1 with a wasps nest in the bbq. I sent a message and within 10 minutes I had a reply and within 2 hours a pest controller had removed and sorted it. Pool was cleaned twice a week by a really nice and friendly guy. Nothing to fault whatsoever
