Summary: There are multiple safety issues. No smoke alarm on 1st floor. Stairs too steep and no safety runners. Bed in master horrible hurt back and feet on it. Not enough towels and wash cloth. Kitchen utensils not enough silverware or pots and pans.no broom to clean up. No code for door just key on counter to come and go. No deck off patio doors. No instructions on how to use tv.otherwise it was an ok house would not go back. Would not recommend it until these items addressed.

Summary: The home was newer and great, plenty of room for all of our 9 people. We visited on a hot day and definitely could have benefited from fans in the bedrooms because they are on the second floor and it got warm at night time. Overall we had no issues and we had great use of the place.

Summary: the accommodation is perfect for a large family with young children like ours, it has a lot of space, it feels like home. very clean the host responds quickly to questions the cartier is very safe we ​​skated outside. 2 beautiful park nearby the kitchen is well equipped for cooking I really recommend to everyone

Summary: Great property. House is nice! Not too far from Clifton hills and Niagara falls. It does advise there is a tenant in the basement and we had 0 issues with. Couldn’t even tell he was there. My fiancé actually meet him outside and they talked for a long while. Cool guy. Any question I needed answered were done so promptly. Would recommend and stay again.

Summary: We (6 ladies) chose this home because of its proximity (driving) to the sites and shopping in the Niagara area. The house was recently built in a new survey. It was spacious and comfortable, and contained the amenities as listed on the VRBO website. The host, Kenrick, was punctual in responding to our questions. As well, self check in/out was easy. One thing that I'd like to mention is that, upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that there were tenants in the basement. This did not interfere with our stay; however, I think it's something that should be mentioned on the website.
