5 Bedroom House in Stratton Mountain, Stratton

Remarkable 5 bedroom 5 bath home in High Meadow on shuttle! Spectacular views of Stratton Mountain in the winter, you can even watch the New Year's fireworks from the front deck! The entry level offers a large mudroom inviting you into this beautiful home, which includes a large ski closet. Also on this level is the bar room with flat screen TV, darts and stone fireplace, a king bedroom with an attached full bath, walk-in closet and the laundry room. The next level up offers the main level of living with a gorgeous fully equipped chef's kitchen and pantry closet! Off of the kitchen is a large deck leading out to the yard. The Dining room has a gas fireplace and leads out to the front deck overlooking the mountain. The great room has TV with large stone fireplace and views of the mountain, a separate sitting room with TV, a full bath, the master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and attached full bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The top level offers three more bedrooms, one is another master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, queen pullout couch with attached full bath. The last two bedrooms share an adjoining bath, one has a queen sized bed, and the other has a king that can be separated into two twin beds. You can even snowshoe right outside the front door down to the Stratton Golf Course! We are about a mile from the base area of the mountain and the 27 hole golf course is even closer.

Summary: This property couldn’t be better situated or more accommodating in regards to size, layout and comfort. With 3 master suites and additional rooms for children our large family had plenty of space to spread out. The shuttle to and from the mountain are an added bonus to avoid the parking scene at the base of the mountain. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, and will be back again!

Summary: This was a fantastic home for our family of 8 plus a toddler. The house is spacious and yet cozy, with everything one would need. The beds were very comfortable as were the sectionals on each floor. Playing games with a warm fire and expansive views…. A really special treat to stay here. And Beth is responsive and super accommodating.

Summary: This beautiful, charming and spacious house served our family's needs beautifully for a one week fall getaway. The photos don't do it justice. The linens and beds were very comfortable. The ease of a gas fireplace in the breakfast/dining area was very welcome on chilly mornings. The location was great. Beth was very accommodating. If we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

Summary: We had a fabulous weekend with family aged infant through seniors. The house was situated just a short shuttle ride from Stratton base with frequent and reliable service with a smile! The house comfortably slept our large group, was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need to cook in and enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. The owner Beth responded promptly to our messages leading up to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
