The Ober Tal condominiums are located on the Lower Tamarack Slope with easy access to the Tamarack Lift. We have a view of Bromley from our living room and dining room windows We are a 2 minute walk to the slope and one of the best locations at Stratton. A1200+ sq foot 2 bedroom, occupying two floors with a bathroom on each floor. We limit occupancy to Six people providing comfortable space for each . Stratton also offers wonderful summertime activities, numerous event weekends, mountain biking, hiking , golf, tennis to name just a few . 20 Minutes to Manchester shopping and the Vermont Summer Festival Horse Shows. The fall foliage season is simply beautiful and active with crafts fairs, festivals, shopping and sports. We look forward to sharing our home with you .

Summary: We loved our stay! It was a beautiful rental with plenty of room. We loved the space and proximity to the Tamarack lift was amazing. Deb was so nice to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at Deb's place. She was extremely responsive. A 2 minute walk to the Tamarack lift; 5 minute walk into village. We could not ask for more and plan to stay again.

Summary: We stayed for a weekend in July for a wedding at Stratton, this was a much better price for 2+ bedrooms vs the hotels on site. The condo was clean and comfortable and 5 minute walk to the village center. We gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the old air conditioner really couldn't cool the condo enough to keep it truly comfortable, especially at night (when it was still 70+ degrees outside so opening windows did little to help). Granted this wouldn't be an issue most of the year. Also we blew the fuse in a bathroom by plugging in a hair dryer and I'm assuming this isn't the 1st time since the closest lamp we could move in there had a 12' extension cord on it. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

Summary: Wonderfully located steps from the Tamarack lifts at Stratton. Listing was accurate and Deborah was communicative, friendly and flexible. Our first time experiencing ski in/out and it certainly won't be our last. We hope to visit again in the future!

Summary: Great communication and easy to deal with; kept in contact from booking to check in. Top floor unit in great condition, very comfy for 3 adults and 2 kids, easy 2 min walk to tamarack lift and 5 min walk to the village.
