Our modern VERY LARGE HOME IS PRIVATELY situated on Our Beautiful, Large and Private Beachfront Location. There are Gorgeous Waterfront Views from essentially every room in the house, and can accommodate up to 16 people.
We call our Beachfront Home, “Bay View at Cape Cod on the Headwaters of Beautiful Buzzards Bay,” OR JUST, “Bay View…”, for short !

WE HAVE JUST PURCHASED AND INSTALLED, A “CHAIR LIFT,” WITH UP TO A “350 POUND” LOAD CAPACITY, AVAILABLE FOR HANDICAPPED MEN AND WOMEN,TO EASILY MOVE BETWEEN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVELS OF “BAY VIEW…” !!!
“Bay View…” is an ideal destination for large family gatherings/reunions with grandparents, and grandchildren -- adult, small children and even babies. Perfect for "Ladies Weekends", "Guys Weekend", "Couples Get-Aways", or "Small Group Retreats." **ALSO, our beach is very safe for young children**
The LOWER, (first), LEVEL has A 40’ by 16’ covered Patio, with 1 of the 2 Entrance Door to our Home leading to the FAMILY ROOM, with a Large-Screen TV, DVD Videos, FOOSE BALL, and AIR HOCKEY TABLES, all sorts of games, a Karaoke Machine, large Sectional Couch, etc a full Bathroom, and a Laundry Room with a Large Washer and Dryer, AND Stairs with the CHAIR LIFT, going up to the Main Level of “Bay View…”.
The Main Level is very “Open-Spaced, (except for the two Bedrooms and Full Bathroom — which, of course — are private rooms). The Main Entrance Door, (from outside), and the Stairs from the Lower Level, both lead into the “Open Entry Hall.”
To the Right of the Front Door and Hall, is the Dining Room with a very large oak table that easily seats 12, with an auxiliary table and counter that will seat 6 more, plus a high chair and a booster chair — ALL with gorgeous beach and water views !!!
To the left of the Dining Room, is the Living Room, with a brand new, large, Sectional Leather Couch, an electric Fireplace, a large flat screen Smart TV/Cable/HD, with four, 78” high, Glass Panels and Sliding Door and Glas panels, opening up to a GIANT WATERFRONT DECK, with tables and Chairs Leading to a beautiful, umbrella’d 40’ by 16’ deck, with tables and chairs, and elevated “Bar,” and chairs, a propane fire pit, and two, large propane heating lamps, ideal for those chilly days and evenings !!!
To the Left of the front Door and Hallway, you will find a large, FULLY EQUIPPED, Modern kitchen, with stove and oven, dishwasher, Wine and Drink Cooler, large Refrigerator with ice maker, silver and fish service for up to 24 people, and pots and pans and cooking utensils of every type and manner. The “Back End” of the Kirchen has a hallway that connects to One of of the Three Full Bathrooms and the Two lovely Bedrooms, Queen Beds, Super-comfortable mattresses. The Hall continues into the back end of the Living Room.
The large second floor has 3 large bedrooms -- ALL WITH FANTASTIC SUN-RISE VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND BUTTERMILK BAY; a beautiful Master Bedroom with a luxurious King size bed a really comfy lounging chair; a Fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed in same room; and a Fifth, huge bunk room with a double bunk bed on the bottom a single on top and Three additional single beds as well.
Also on this floor, there is a full bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower, and 1 of 2 separate laundry rooms with an oversized washer and dryer.
The Lower Level of our Home has a large and comfortable TV room with a large, comfortable sectional, with another large flat-screen TV/Cable/HD/Blue ray DVD player; a game room which includes a Foosball Table and an Air Hockey Table; AN ADDITIONAL LARGE WASHER AND DRYER; an additional BATHROOM, with large shower.
Also off this Family Room is the Door TO THE GROUND-LEVEL, COVERED PATIO -- also with its own large, super-comfortable sectional.
Also, right off the Patio is a hot and cold water running outdoor shower; and, for your convenience, a storage building -- which contains beach chairs, umbrellas, paddles for the 3 single kayaks and the 1 double kayak, 1 canoe and 2 paddle boards, life vests of all sizes, beach and water and non-water toys, boogie boards, swim boards and "Noodles," water shoes; and an outdoor sitting area, with a wood-burning fire pit for evening fireside activities, including cooking hotdogs and Smores
At this location there is a path leading down to our beach, with our brand-new picnic table, the beach and into the beautiful Buttermilk Bay.
Your group can enjoy the beach all day !!!
Then you can enjoy a refreshing a hot/cold outdoor shower while gazing up at the stars and deep blue sky. Oh, and by the way, there is plenty of fishing, clamming and quahogging (No pets allowed — Owners are very allergic to Cigarette smoking and pet dander

Owner’s Rules And Regulations Regarding Guests’ Use Of Our 7 Watercraft !!!

The use by our Guests of any of our Seven, (7), watercraft, (1 Two-Person Kayak; 3 One-Person Kayaks; 1 Two-and-One-Half Persons Canoe; AND 2 One-Person Paddle Boards), is only allowed if all Guests follow the following RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. All use of our Watercraft is only allowed if the User(s) are at least 18 years old, wears the proper size Life Jacket(s) — which must be fully and snuggly held in place by the proper use of any and all straps, ties, buckles, and zippers — and are worn are properly attached AT ALL TIMES — to the Guest(s) body(ies) when they are using any of our Watercraft !!!
2. Any and all use of any of our Watercraft by ANYONE UNDER 18 years old in age, IS ONLY ALLOWED if the Minor Child has their Parent;s Specific Approval and Permission to use said watercraft(s), AND IF the minor child(ren) is accompanied at all times by said Parent(s), and the Minor child also at all times uses a properly-sized Life Jacket, properly attached to the minor child(s) body using any and all straps, ties, buckles, and zippers at all times are properly attached to the minor child(ren) body(ies) the minor child(ren) life Vest(s) when they are using any of our Watercraft !!
3. All Watercraft , at all times when not in use, must be carefully returned and placed to their original, upside-down position in the wooden Watercraft Storage Structure, to the left of storage building. All Watercraft Paddles and all Life Jackets must be neatly returned to their original location — as is the case with all things taken out of said Storage Building — in the storage Building after each use !!!

For the safety and protection of past, present, and future guests, (as well as for our own protection), we have the following COVID-19 virus Rules :
1. To make it safer for all past, present, and future Guest to safely stay at Bay View, shortly after the Pandemic hit, I immediately purchased and installed Three, new, super “Air Purifiers” which use newly-developed HEPA Filters with pore sizes, (filter openings), of 0.1 Microns — rather than the traditional where it could not even come close to passing through our new filter with openings, (pore sizes) of only 0.1 Microns !!!
The Cleaning Fee of $300 will be paid equally be Owner and by Renter — $150 each for
