The fantastic eastside retreat that offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and location. Every piece has been procured to help create a truly wonderful stay for our guests. Don't miss Main City Park that is just two blocks away. There are countless trails, horseshoe pits, a softball field, and many other amenities. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is just a short drive away as well.
Upon entering the home you greeted with a living area that is bathed in natural light and furnished with vibrant colors creating a fantastic space for the group to enjoy. Connected is the large dining room with ample seating. The kitchen just beyond is fully stocked for all your culinary desires. Additionally there are three main floor bedrooms, two of which boast king beds. The third has a twin trundle which makes it perfect for kiddos or young adults.
Upstairs is a huge bedroom and living suite area. Enjoy the spacious king bedroom with an additional living room just off it it. There you will find some cozy seating, games, and a full bathroom. On the far side of the upper level is another sleeping area with a queen bed. It's a great spot for flexibility of sleeping spaces.
Whether you are playing around in town or heading east to Mt. Hood. This home with its location, functionality, and furnishing, makes it a truly special place to enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: Pets are considered and need written authorization beforehand. *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Summary: Our 2 families were in Gresham to celebrate the marriage of our niece/cousin. There were 6 of us staying there and 4 family members from Gresham who came for dinner every night Room for all at dining room table and comfortable Seating for all in living room. We visited and played games and cooked and were very happy❤️

Summary: Location very close to a busy road with not so tasteful night life. The space is great and games in the garage was super. The house itself is lovely but very old and with that there is a strong musty/moldy smell throughout. There is a carport that is quite narrow. We couldn't get one of our vehicles to the back parking because it wouldn't fit. One of our vehilcles had to remain almost on the sidewalk. It did not feel safe. The lock on the back door is unreliable. It worked 50 percent of the time. After bolting it and hearing the mechanism click as if were locked, from the outside I could still unbolt it and open the door without a code. Lastly, I did not appreciate getting a text at 915 at night to take the outside trash bins to the curb for morning pickup. That should not be required of a guest. Oh, and the kitchen needs a teapot. Thank you for the cleanliness of the home and the beds were super.

Summary: Our family experienced a death in the family. We wanted a nice big space for all the family to gather after the memorial service. This home was everything we needed. The rustic vibe with the new appliances and decor really made it feel like we were at our grandparents home. There were plenty of sleeping areas and just a overall warm fulfilling aura. The upstairs was equipped with board games and a Nintendo to keep the children occupied. The large dining table comfortably sat our large group. Unfortunately we didn’t utilize the beautiful garage. We didn’t look in it until check out. This soaxw is everything for teenagers or a small group that may want to get some space. I will use this home again in the future. The only downside is it’s located on a busy street. But the parking and backyard area is big enough to enjoy without being seen or disturbed by the constant traffic. Really one of the best places I’ve rented in town!

Summary: In town for a wedding, I needed a large home to accommodate family for a few days. This is a beautiful home that has been renovated tastefully, retaining the beauty of homes from an era-gone-by. The mattresses on the large beds were so very comfortable, too. It is very clean, well-stocked with towels, dishware, games, and lovely areas in which to spread out in. We encountered a snow storm during our stay, however, there are numerous outdoor games to participate in and the historic downtown area is a short walk down the street.
