Summary: Close to campus, you would need car to go downtown due to hills if you were older adults. House not exactly as portrayed…issues with thermostat and not able to contact owner

Summary: The picture of the property is misleading. The outside needs significant upkeep. The shared driveway with the neighbor must be awful for them! Not a single window downstairs ( I did not use the upstairs) opens..no screens.. and not a single shade opens! If I lived in this neighborhood I would complain loudly! Inside, cleaning was marginal. The bedding smelled sour, the rug in the bedroom was filthy, surfaces needed deep cleaning. The kitchen is poorly supplied…minimal bad pans. Overall, a HORRIBLE, dirty, creepy pace. Get it out of that neighborhood!!!

Summary: Stayed for graduation, no AC until I called then only a single unit upstairs, very hot in house. House is very old , no screens in windows so you can’t open them , felt very claustrophobic. Moldy odor from basement. Confusing because listed lock box in listing sent but then had new dead bolt on door that was not listed until day before . Ants in the bathroom

Summary: Stayed here for graduation weekend. Perfect for parents and grandparents of the graduate. Neighborhood was residential and quiet. Easy parking. Could use the kitchen for meals and not be dependent on finding restaurants and making reservations.

Summary: We found the place without a problem. It was a mixture of old and new. It was a nice little quaint place. We did not have a phone number upon arrival, nor did we have a code or a key to enter the property. This was extremely frustrating after driving for 10 hours. We had to sit in the driveway and call VRBO to contact them for them to contact the property owner. This took almost 45 minutes to get in contact with them to get inside of the home. The downstairs toilet did not have enough water pressure to flush the toilet. This needs to be repaired or addressed or there needs to be an out of order sign on the toilet. There was plenty of clean linen, towels and dishes, even wine glasses! There was coffee ONLY left for guests. But for the most part, for the location, and the price, it served it's purpose. Thank you for hosting us in Cortland.
